Have used comparison websites before and although all are good, Flipper seemed to make it a faultless exchange from my previous comparable site and to my new energy provider. Honestly quite faultless and saved me quite a bit of money.

Double billing issue.

Poor customer service
We have had ongoing problems with Flipper and Green dating back to February of this year. It's all too easy to flip an account, but when something goes wrong it is virtually impossible to get it sorted. The problem began when our meter was changed. The supplier failed to alter their records and happily estimated the charges and continued taking our money, even though we supplied new meter readings. After endless e-mails we are still waiting for rectification of our account.

Awful, dishonest
Awful. Quoted me a saving of £30 a month if I signed up and paid a fee. Once I did they came back with a saving of £5 a month. Pretty dishonest really, just to get your money I guess.
