Their prices are cheaper because they sell damaged/crushed merch as new. They also can't ship something properly to save their lives, mailing anything under a pound in a flimsy bubble envelope. The problem is that half of what they sell are fragile plastic model kits that weigh well under a pound. Yes, they mail PLASTIC MODEL KITS in a plastic bag, which is immediately obliterated by USPS during transit. Good luck getting anyone to answer when you want a refund for their lousy business practices.

All the prices are too good to be true. Considering the site had only been up about a month, not a single product has a review, and each product says “20 sold in the last 3 minutes” and “1000 in stock” for rare items, I have my doubts anything would even show up. No customer service answers either.
