We rented a car for three days. Although I was a little skeptical at first, due to some bad experiences with car rentals on previous holidays, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised.

Great service, friendly staff, and absolutely no problems when returning the car.

As with any car rental company, I would recommend checking the car carefully for any dents or damage before driving away. Take photos and videos as documentation – that way, you can avoid any unpleasant surprises or disputes afterwards.

One Star is too generous. Renter beware. This place is a rip off. Rented a scooter that was battered. When I returned it they invented a part which they insisted was there when I started and accused me of having an accident. They wanted to charge me €690 excess. When I refused they said if I gave them cash they would accept €300. When I informed them I was recording the conversation they got all flustered and phoned the boss. He said that he would reduce it to €200 and take it from the credit card I had registered with them. I still refused but they did it anyway and threw the receipt at me. I have reported it as a fraudulent transaction but I suggest you find a reputable company rather than these robbers.

We had a good experience with Flisvos. Someone met us at the airport and took us to our car. We had an issue with the clutch, and they swapped the car over for another. Staff were friendly and responsive.

The rental cost was extortionate. The car we were given was very old and poorly maintained. When we returned it a day early due to the engine light coming on, we were told it was not a problem and offered an alternative vehicle.

We did not want an alternative vehicle, knowing the poor quality of their cars.

And they refused to give us our money back.

Strangely, we did not want to put our family at risk, so cut our losses and left. Avoid like the plague!

We ordered a new car and they coming with a old fiat panda the car has damage and dirty outside and inside
And the engine makes a lots of noise. After one day we got another car a Opel astra but this one has damage too and dirty from the inside and outside and the airco is dirty we have both problems with our longs now we are ill the last days. Why people treating us like this we are very unhappy with the whole situation.
Next year we rent a but not online anymore

I left crying after trying to cancel a reservation. They reserved the money on my bank’s account but would refund me even though I didn’t even got to the point were I got the car keys. The owner was screaming and yelling and so was his employee Julia. Will not never recommend renting anything from this company.
