Great ride from Copenhagen to Aarhus
Had a great ride from Copenhagen to Aarhus with FlixBus on Tuesday evening. Im a fan of the concept, the webpage and the availability. The bus driver was very nice and welcoming too which I really appreciate. I will definitely use FlixBus again!

A Good and inexpensive trip
A Good and inexpensive trip. Easy and smooth driving.
Would like to be able get in to the bus and take a seat before you put your suitcase away......especially when you need a special place to sit in the bus.....sea-sick og a bad leg maybe.
A little sad experience.....a lady HAD money but was not treated very kind when the driver could not give her money back - the driver must have exchange money because it says on the homepage that you can pay directly in the bus. Not everybody have creditcards or MobilePay.

We've travelled a few times with flixbus already and we always had a good experience. Buses arrived on time in general. Plus prices are among the lowest.

We had problems with a delated bus and the everyday basis
We had problems with a delated bus and not anyone at the Flixbus office knew anything. After waiting an hour there came a bus. Even though the information could be better from that point of view, it was still nice to get the information afterward in an email. And the way the people handled it was nice - And that is the only time out of many travels I have had a problem! :D
On an everyday basis, the busses are always there in good time, and the driver is sweet and it is a really nice and pleasant way of traveling :D

Cheap, easy and fast ...
We find that FlixBus is an easy, fast way of transportation. Going by train may be a little more comfortable, but far more expensive. We are very satisfied.

I tried Flexibus on medium length trips (4-5 hrs).
I had very good experiences: pretty punctual (but of course it is traffic dependent), good service on board.
I suggest to have more plugs where phones can be charged.
Overall, recommended!
