Bought a bus ticket from airport Vienna for 15eur. As my flight had delayed i tried to cancel or change the time for 30 mi later bus. I did it 3 hours in advance.The fees for both transacion 11.5 eur!!! The other company do it for free
All my trips with Flixbus was easy talking so excited mostly risky. Drivers made not planed stops in KFC (way from Prague), or went always risky on highway (all way), or unpolite or bus has no ppwer for charging etc etc. Otherwise its the most accident provider in SK/CZ/HU. Also storno condition are not friendly
