Accidentally I enter my credit card and name, I charged automatically $34.90 its was in seconds today 25 Abril 2024. Customer service told me they will be stop the process to avoid bank in 24 hours. Really worst poor service

The sensible thing to do would be to offer a partial refund, but as I hadn't used the service in over a year and thinking I'd cancelled my subscription, the customer service stated it wasn't in their policy to do so. So much for customer retention.

User friendly interface, rapid rendering to YouTube and other social media accounts. Good variety of audio and video enhancements, e.g. transitions, stock video and audio. Easy to edit and crop video and adding subtitles.

Good value for money.

it was very easy to use. you can make a mix match for any songs using direct link to youtube.

tyring this software for alternatives, rendering seem long. maybe the developer can make rendering more faster

Nice tool but it can get super slow, or not being able to upload dome of the videos.
But the result is nice for someone who isnt pro like me

In general a good editing system that has improved A LOT over the last years (better support, automatic subtitles, better team work etc). There are some things that are keeping us from using it more regularly... it would be good if these things are improved:

- Being able to change color of one word in subtitles without changing all subtitles (edit only one or a few words)

- Archive option… if your storage is full, you have a problem... there is no archive option and it's not like an offline editing Software where you can save the raw files externally and just have the "edit file"... it feels a bit strange to leave everything in "their hands"

Please let people use Flixier offline and only if clients want to use the online storage they can.

- Presets for subtitles - for faster working it would be great to be able to save subtitle presets - how many words maximum per line, what font size etc?

- Offline App like CapCut
- Nicer Interface like CapCut

- They need better stock, for example when looking for the common meme sound “Ba Dum Tss” you get many results in Flixier, but NONE of them sounds good like the original (which is not copyrighted as far as I know)… They have many stock, but most are very poor quality. I'd rather pay and get better stock (like in Screenflow)

If these things get improved I would change my review... but these are some basics that are useful and also necessary (especially the Archive)

It says sign up free, No account required; so I uploaded my video, did my changes, when I downloaded it, it contains a huge "watermark" which hides half the video, then they say I can remove the watermark by paying $132!!

Do not do business with this agency. They have made unauthorized charges on our card for over a year. We have sent them written notice of this for months and they do nothing to assist. There are also concerns going over the fact that they are not properly registering inside the states to pay taxes and the IRS - yet they are profiting on US income. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It was really easy to use unlike other software nice workflow and ui i liked what didn't is the 10minute part they give its not idea for marketing some of my friends use other software that has 30minutes just for trying of i think flixier can be great if they give a 30minutes try

It was really easy to use unlike other software everything has a place and isn't thrown everywhere. Only dislikes is the 10 minute export for each video and the free trial and the watermark for it as well.
