So far the experience has been a bit…

So far the experience has been a bit frustrating. The tech service has tried to help, but the suggestions have not worked. I'm hoping that the next steps will resolve my issue.

RETURNI asked for info to return the package…

I asked for info to return the package I had got. But did not receive it, a few weeks ago 04-11-26. You have me as a Business, I do not have a Business and Flixy sent me 6 TV Sticks as, I had to open the package because it sent back to me and package was a mess. Why would I need 6 when 1 is all I need?

Do I get a remote with every Flixy? & No contract to sign?

My experience was good all the way through with the explanation of the product until after I ordered the 4 pack, then it happened, The add ons! Just like all the other sales pitches for weight loss, pills to get rid of diabetes, etc., etc., Then you start adding items to buy extra, why can't y'all be up front with a complete sales pitch? Check the boxes for all the items you want from the beginning, if you don't want a item don't check that box, then check out, Pay, your done. To me, I feel like I'm being scammed in to buying extra items that I really don't need. If I need those items to operate my flixy correctly, then sell all the items as a packaged deal. But you need to let the customers know up front the the extra items are not needed to operate the flixy but the customer can buy the extra items to upgrade the users experience, Thanks! I'm on a fixed income and it would be nice to cut out the cable/satellite BILL!

No response from company after order was placed.

Once I placed the order I never got any confirmation of any kind of Had to call to find out about my order. Then still no emails about expected delivery date or anything else. Finally called support and that’s the best thing about this company.
