I think it needs to have option of where you can add your own symptoms that are not listed already, and also an overview a snapshot monthly summary or a yearly overview where you can get a visual of all the symptoms that you have instead of going individually day by day and trying to connect the dots yourself and manually write it on a separate calendar it would be nice to see trends. I’ve been paying for my subscription for 2 years hoping that there would be some kind of improvements

It’s super informative and educational! I like how it integrates partners into it, if you choose to do so. The only downside is that the infographics can feel very repetitive, and when it syncs with my Oura ring, it gives incorrect information from what my Oura app actually recorded.

The company did refund my money after this review. Therefore a neutral 3 star is appropriate.

SCAM SCAM SCAM beware! would give less than 1 star. The app pushes you to sign up on the app and their website, when you cancel the app subscription your website subscription continues in the background without your knowledge silently taking money each month.

Predatory company- STAY AWAY! I’ve had an account from the beginning and couldn’t be more disappointed. Turns out they were using, sharing, and selling my data without my consent- and I was notified of that when a class action lawsuit was filed.
The app used to be free, but they started subscriptions for the “extras” (which I didn’t want) but over time they have gotten pushier and pushier in getting you to subscribe for $60 a year. Now, I cannot open the app without fighting my way around multiple banners telling me to subscribe for all kinds of deals. Recently it automatically subscribed me, and tried to charge my card. I am getting rid of this app even if I have to hand write out all of my data.
Quite expensive for information that can be googled. Not worth it.

I enjoy the community, the ease of the app and the educational aspect of it all.

I am getting charges on my FSA account from this company! I have never heard of them! They first charged 1$ on 5-11-26 then 34.99$ tried to come through but was declined because of lack of funds. I tried to look for a number to call! I reported this to my job and the card company!!! I have never heard of Flo health so I don’t know how they got my FSA information!!!!

So hard to figure out how to get support or cancel your subscription. Perhaps it’s designed that way - to capture customers, but with no readily accessible way to cancel. I think a court case could be made for services that do this.
I’m paying 45$ a month CAD for this app and can’t get any support to cancel.
Flo is essentially extracting money from me every month with no clear cancellation option.
It’s also a pretty high monthly fee for what the service is. Not pleased.
*And instead of addressing my issue, Flo chose to flag my review for defamatory content (I work in the legal field and am familiar with the legal definition). This tells me that they are more concerned with perception rather than ensuring user satisfaction. This also tells me that reviews that are critical are likely to be flagged/shut down, making it difficult to get a balanced view of the services.
tracking my period and my ovulation since quitting birth control has made my life so much easier and brought peace of mind to my health and stronger mind to body connection.

I signed up through Apple mail relay but used my CC card for the subscription. I cancelled my free trial immediately after I subscribed because I didn’t want to forget and be charged for a renewal if I wasn’t going to use it. After playing with it I decided it wasn’t something I needed and also deleted the app. Yet I was still charged $35 for an annual subscription. I followed the process to request a refund but I never received a single email back. It’s been a week.

Getting out of the contract is IMPOSSIBLE ... the only thing this platform wants to do is Gift me more accounts. TRULY AWFUL

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I tried to cancel my free trial, but it was automatically converted into a paid subscription. Very frustrating, especially since I never even used the app. To see what the app had to offer, I was required to create an account and start a subscription in the first place.
On top of that, the app is incredibly user-unfriendly. You have to go through countless steps and questions before you can even access the settings. The whole experience feels unnecessarily complicated and frustrating.
I would not recommend this app and will definitely not be using it again.

During my pregnancy, this app was giving me hope each day, the amazing support and updates was out of this world

I appreciate the perimenopause option. I don’t like the one sided generated messages. With AI being so accessible today, having your questions and answers generated is frustrating.

It’s good once you have premium so you’re able to track the patterns of your cycle etc. However, I do believe that there should be access for those that are on free tier as well, especially when looking at day 1 or day 2 of your cycle for example, why is that only for paying tier? Something so simple as that should still be for free, there needs to be improvements and adding more for that free tier specifically. Not good enough in my opinion.

The app is very easy to use, has lots of vital information, and now we can chat with other women.
