I’ve used FLO for years to track my period, and it’s genuinely become one of my go-to apps. I used it while I was trying to get pregnant the first time, and I continued using it even after I conceived. Now I’m planning my second pregnancy and I’m relying on it again to help me understand my fertility window and timing.
One of my favorite things is that the app gives daily insights and helpful tips, which make everything feel clear and supportive. I really love the way it helps you stay informed without feeling overwhelmed.
I never review apps, but this one deserves my time. The yearly subscription is also affordable, which makes it even easier to stick with long term. I’ll keep using FLO as long as they keep having it—unless I somehow find something better (and I haven’t yet!). I tried many other apps before, but nothing compares to FLO.

This Flow app is good only for keeping record of periods and symptoms.
Anything else is just information from internet each symptom is treating individual 😫 instead of looking at the whole situation and help.
This is the second time I write the same feedback in the past 6 months and still the same
I won’t pay again for this app

Affordable on the once-a-year sale.
Simple, easy tracking.
If you forget to track for 1 month, it doesn't stop working.
Partner can connect.

Was able to get weekly updates about my pregnancy

Been using it for years, never had any privacy issues. Subscription prices are very affordable during sales, a little steep at full price.
I have tried to switch for a moment to other cycle trackers but prediction engines were extremely inaccurate compared to flo.
I had stopped my membership once and the process was simple.
App is user friendly, useful, full of new insights for me personally and my partner.
The only thing that bothers me, but its not a deal breaker, is how different the tracking features are once you choose your main purpose for tracking (contraception, pregnancy, etc): one mode shows ovulation where another doesn't. It would be great if the tracking feature would have free choice to match everyone’s needs.

Maybe not a fair review as I don’t have or use the app….. but the fact they are advertising aggressively on Grindr is baffling at best….
You offered a free trial and deducted money immediately.

This app is amazing. So informative, and endless information to help put you at ease, whether it’s periods, pregnancy or menopause.
I paid for the subscription for period tracking and ovulation, then upgraded when I fell pregnant and it has been worth it!
I would recommend to anyone who needs to feel reassured, and not alone on whatever journey you are on.

Flo is an amazing app which has made tracking my period and my menstrual cycle so so easy. There have been multiple times when I have also read their articles, which have been helpful and informative.

Really useful app. What I liked particularly is that it is also measures the temperature against the baseline

Your data is safe and some great insights around cycles and what is normal and expected. I have used FLO for years!

An overall great app just wish we had more options when it comes to moods, exercises and symptoms

I’ve been using the Flo app for the past few months alongside NHS fertility treatment, and while it’s useful for tracking periods, ovulation, symptoms, sex, and notes, I’ve been really disappointed by how inaccurate its fertility predictions are.
I’ve consistently logged my data since January and am also under the care of a fertility consultant who monitors my follicle growth and womb lining with regular scans. Despite having months of cycle information, the app predicted my best chance of conceiving as 25th May, which is actually when my next period is due. My consultant confirmed my actual fertile window was between 7th–12th May.
That’s a huge difference, and for an app that markets itself around fertility and conception tracking, it’s concerning. Thankfully I have professional medical support, but I genuinely feel sorry for people relying solely on the app’s predictions while trying to conceive, as the information can be very misleading.
It’s a decent tracking app, but I wouldn’t trust it for accurate fertility guidance.
