Horrible company!! Uses other peoples pictures, then sends out items and when you wish to return them and get your money back they call you a liar when you have proof that they have changed information on there website. Trading standards are involved. They now want to send the correct bed out after being asked numerous times to come and collect the bed and return money. Good luck at getting a refund. Scammers!!

Scam adjucent. Received a different mattress from the one I got. The bed was delivered fashionably late, and good luck getting any correspondence from customer service.

Bed arrived (OCTOBER) with a screw missing - I have messaged 4 times since and every time they have said they will post a screw out- never have!

Very good service and lovely beds will be ordering more beds

Avoid at all costs!!! Absolutely horrendous business no customer service at all! Bed arrived parts not even in boxes or packaging boxes dented and damaged and parts missing! £800 for a bed I wouldn’t pay even £100 for even if all items were delivered. Quality of headboard is horrific and cheap will be getting my money back through my credit card

Bed has been delivered in damaged condition with half of it missing and horrendous bed board which looks like it was made by a 5 year old out of cardboard. They are not answering calls or emails so I need to recovery money via credit card. Please do not order from this company, the quality is shocking and customer service non existent

I can honestly say I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star but I have had too so that I can write a review, please do not use this company I placed an order for a bed and have not been able to contact them, I have emailed numerous times and also left a lot a voice messages and no one has got back to me, I have now had to cancel my order through the finance company who are now taking on the case for me, honestly do not use this company

Like many other recent reviews here the business is a scam!

Arrived at very late on the day and no updates on the status of the order beforehand. Non existent customer service, the telephone number provided where no one answers and you might get an email reply once in a blue moon!

We opted to pay extra for the bed frame below the mattress instead of the standard bed slats and the cloth covered boards provided are terrible. They aren’t the same width as the inside frame so the edge of the board just about site into the frame and any slight movement results in the boards sinking and the mattress dropping!

Ordered on 4th January and still not heard anything from them and it's 20th January now they don't answer the phone the street view on Google maps doesn't say float sleep and no response from emails BIG SCAMMERS

Please do not order from this company. It is a scam company. If you have contact your bank and report them to the police. The bed you see advertised on their "website" will not be the bed they deliver, if you get a delivery. The mattresses are poor quality. I have attempted numerous times to contact them to return the item (the chelsea bed), they do not respond to email, phone or live chat. They do not trade under Float Sleep they trade under Night Time Bed Limited. This company is set to be dissolved within the next two months. They are disgusting scammers.

Ordered a bed on the 28th December and still no bed. Cant get an answer call several times a day. Very disappointed is an understatement

Like many other reviews on here, have ordered a bed and have been trying to get an answer from them about delivery since before Christmas for a bed I ordered on Black Friday and I’m being completely ignored.. will need to manage this through the bank now to recover my money as they have taken my money and now radio silent.

Do not use this company they have no customer service. They do not Answer emails or pick up the phone.

Ordered a bed off this company and can’t get an email back or anyone’s on the phone been trying for the last 2 weeks! it’s totally unacceptable if you don’t want scammed I would avoid this company absolutely disgraceful treating people like that spoken to someone on the live chat they said they would be back today tried again and absolutely nothing again

Nice looking bed , I also ordered medium to firm king size mattress, but it’s like an orthopaedic one it’s so uncomfortable , for the price I paid definitely shop local and try before you buy , one man delivery so no help taking it upstairs

Do not use this company. Delivery was 2 weeks late and turned up at 11pm at night with 1 man in a van.
Damage to the bed frame, no instructions. Bed frame in different colours, some black, some navy, no holes for crews for head board which then didn't line up. Contacted the company no reply. Live chat for 5 days, no reply. phoned, no answer.
Awful customer service, Awful product. avoid at all costs. I am still trying to deal with this
