Pretty good portable pilates option
Reasonable mat and cords. The multiple use handles are difficult to secure for storage and one has to be very careful they don’t slide too far inside. Twisting the outside ring to keep them from falling inside doesn’t work terribly well. Learning to keep a foot or your head on the end roll to secure the mat while using the cords is a bit different and may get easier with time. For a portable Pilates’s system it is pretty good.
