I have really loved using Flodesk for the last several years. It made communicating with my clients & team so easy and user friendly. Not to mention, I often got compliments on how visually appealing my emails here. I attribute that completely to Flodesk being so easy to use!

I love the beautiful and easy to use templates, and that I can set it up with so many features, and send as many emails as I need to as many subscribers as I have, for just one monthly fee. Plus they keep adding new features to help us entrepreneurs

Amazing customer service and product! I reached out to Flodesk on behalf of my wife for assistance with some customization options (fonts, etc) and received a clever solution to the problem. Emails built in Flodesk look fantastic and it is super easy to use. I'm now trying to get the company I work for to switch from Mailchimp to Flodesk to allow for more creativity with our emails!

I have been using Flodesk for about a year and for several clients working in creative fields, and it's a game-changer. The landing pages convert more than others; it's easy to segment the audiences and create automations. I think it's made with creative professionals in mind, so its features are made accordingly: great design and easy to use.

As a service oriented small business owner, I am really happy and content with transferring my email marketing to Flodesk! The experience using it so far is only positive. There are several reasons for that:

1) Creating an email just got a way more pleasant and fun task to do. Previous tool (one of the top most used in the world) also had different designs, but for some reason I dreaded the process, it didn't feel as organic and pleasant. I really love how aesthetic and nice the emails look with Flodesk, and above all - that it feels effortless to do them.

2) Price structure and plans are not tied to the number of subscribers. This is a huge difference and makes me want to sign up more subscribers instead of being at stress at what moment the bill will rise again and again. For small and middle sized businesses that is a far far better solution, where you're not in a constant stress of whether your email costs are worth it at all.

3) When I once had an issue with my subscription plan (due to parts of services not being yet available in my country), the reaction from support was very fast, adequate and I received very quickly adjustments and refunds that were justified in this case. I was prepared for some time of discussion and for them to try to avoid the refunds, but was very pleasantly surprised.

I fully recommend Flodesk, especially if you put value on aesthetics, simplicity of work and fair treatment as a customer!

Flodesk is excellent. It’s women owned and operated, which I love, so it’s beautiful, very intuitive and their customer service is heart centered. I love using the new design templates they come up with from guest designers, it helps with inspiration when I’m in the weeds.
