I joined Flodesk in 2020 when I started my full-time entrepreneurship. I was not enthusiastic about newsletter marketing until I discovered Flodesk. I first fell in love with its visuals, it was a perfect match for a brand designer. No more ugly newsletters! When I got to know the platform’s functionalities, I realized very quickly that the platform was also very easy to use.

In my own experience, the best aspects of Flodesk are its visuals, ease of use, and the fact that it keeps getting better. As a brand and web designer, I recommend Flodesk to my clients whenever I get the chance! It’s a perfect marketing tool for every small business owner!

I've been with Flodesk for years because it's so simple to use, reasonable in cost, and always delivers. As a service provider in the coaching industry, I'm able to keep in touch with my list with beautiful looking emails, set up workflows which always work, and also link to other systems with Zapier, and keep my list segmented easily. I've been using Flodesk since 2020 to manage my email list (Flodesk was still in beta at the time). I love how easy it is to design an email, save your design preferences (and replicate them in other emails), and create a branded experience that's consistent with your website and social media accounts.

The option to save your brand colors, button styles, and font styles is a huge time saver. You can also save blocks as favorites after customizing them (for example, text blocks, layouts like countdown timers and customer reviews, and more). You don't have to use awful-looking countdown timers anymore in your emails.

I'm a photographer and I design templates. Visuals are my thing, and Flodesk allows me to create pretty emails and forms easily and quickly.

When I started using Flodesk, I knew nothing about email marketing, yet I had no problems learning how to design emails and forms and create workflows, because Flodesk is really intuitive.

I contacted customer service a couple of times since I started using the platform, and the Flodesk team always answered my questions and solved any inconveniences that I had. You don't receive an answer from a bot, but from a real human, and these days, that's highly valuable.

What makes it different for me is how creative and design-focused it is. I genuinely enjoy using it, which was never the case with other platforms. I can build emails and templates that actually feel on-brand and aesthetic without spending hours tweaking things.

I mainly use it for newsletters, product launches, and creating templates, and it’s made that whole process much more streamlined.

A friend recommended Flodesk and I signed up for the free 14 day trial. I found it very easy to use, with beautiful easy to customise templates and great advice for novices.
I am very happy to use it to build a mailing list and to create my newsletter.
It seems a bit expensive as the price increases according to the number of subscribers. But I will cross that bridge when I get there.

Price is unbeatable and the emails are so easy to craft with the existing templates. Makes it simple for busy business owners who aren't tech-savvy! I also like that they have a Checkouts feature, which has been really easy to set up and use as well. I find email promotion (for digital products) to be the best way to make sales, and Flodesk has helped so much with achieving that.

I joined Flodesk late 2025 and I have been loving it ever since. Not only does it make my personal brand look professional. Sending emails is super easy and I love how simple it is to create a workflow for each different segment. The color coding settings for segmenting your audience is fabulous and you can add different actions to every step of the email sequence. Best investment ever I really, really love it.

The other thing I love is it recently connected to Canva so now I can edit all my images for my emails and forms directly in Canva saves me so much time it's fabulous.
