Love my sauna blanket!
Only had it a week and been in it 4 times. So relaxing after a long day at work

My order arrived very quickly without having to pay for next day delivery.
I bought a sauna blanket, hoping that it will help me recover well from daily workouts.
It does take quite a while to warm to its top temperature so with a 35 min timed session, the blanket feels like it’s at its highest temp for only 15- 20mins.
It seems to be well made& sturdy.

I purchased a Floe sauna blanket in November 2025 and cannot recommend it highly enough. The blanket works brilliantly, it heats up quickly and is easy and comfortable to use. I have trouble sweating which is necessary for detoxing, but I find going up to the max heat (number 6) and a little exercise beforehand works brilliantly. The sauna blanket is easily folded and transported which is very good for me as I can take it in the car when going on holiday. I would also very much praise the customer service of this company, it is second to none. James replies to messages straightaway, and is extremely helpful and friendly if there is any issues. The only issue I had was of my own doing for not plugging the sauna in properly! Of course easily sorted and I continue to love this sauna blanket!

I am disappointed. I placed my order on 4 December and have not received it yet. After sending several emails to the company asking where my order was, I received a reply saying that I would receive it on 23 December. The next day, I checked and found that the parcel was still in the UK. I sent an email saying that I wanted a refund and received no response. No message, no money. Be careful.

I absolutely love my sauna blanket. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and winter makes it worse. A 45 minute "holiday" every other day is really hitting the spot. I'm sleeping better too! The aches from being cold are melting away!

The customer service is second to none as well. I had a slight issue and it was resolved immediately.

Floe infa red blanket works very well has helped with my partners fibro

Initially I was nervous about making this purchase however I'm glad I did. The product is definitely working for me and given me the opportunity to access heated relaxation in the comfort of my home. I've even tried the sauna setting which DOES work. It has also provided relief to aches and pains as well. Very pleasantly surprised as to how well this product works.

I would also like to say a BIG thank you to James who was accessible and accommodating throughout the inquiry and transaction. He provided excellent customer service and is clearly a caring and compassionate individual. The customer service and product information received from James was the deciding factor in proceeding with the purchase.

The product is well made, good quality and has made a significant positive difference in a short space of time. The product being non toxic and radiation free is a huge relief and the reason why I was initially interested in purchasing from Floe instead of other brands. I also purchased the waffle towels which are helpful to use with this product.

All in all I am very happy with the product. It has been used and has made my sauna blanket experience more pleasant. It soaked up my sweat and prevented my toes from burning.

I bought the Floe infrared sauna blanket and can't recommend it enough! I had been searching for a sauna blanket for a long time but hadn't found one that I felt convinced by. However, James from Floe was really helpful and quick to answer my question plus their 30 day trial period gave me the confidence to make the purchase. I use the blanket twice a week on average, sometimes more. I mainly use it for detox purposes but also to relax and rewind and I wouldn't be without it anymore. I'm originally from Finland and the sauna blanket was a really easy and affordable way to get the regular sauna experience that I so missed in the UK. I'm so pleased that I found Floe. Thank you!

Communication is excellent both pre and post order, staff are courteous and helpful (real people - no bots to drive your crackers!).
Product is extremely well-made and effective at giving me some relief from chronic widespread pain. Heats up quickly with a clear display unit.
It is quite weighty, so mine stays out permanently, but it does come with a useful carry case for transportation.
I think they've updated the control unit as mine doesn't have preset temp/times, but that would have been my only suggestion for improvements (along with resiting the plug & adding arm slots).
I am more than happy with my purchase and tell literally everyone I meet how much it helps - thanks Floe! 👍
