13kg gas bottle deposit £38.50. When you return it you get back £11.35. Rip off B&Q

Fitted an LPG tank - Damian Wilson and Paul Thomas were brilliant.
Couldn’t do enough for us and found a solution to every problem.

Terrible customer service, un-replied emails, after a month we're still waiting for them to pull their finger out to get our bulk tank certified so I can actually put an order in. My first dealings with them and I'm not hanging around, I'm switching to a different supplier.

A big shout out to Flogas Cambridge !! Great customer service !! I am a female who had recently bought a gas barbecue and knew little about gas cylinders but I do now - thanks Jay for helping me with the right cylinder and being patient and carrying to the car !! Thanks again I will be back - incidently it was a friends recommendation in the first place that bought me to Flogas Cambridge - well done !!

Website simple and easy to use, our gas bottle arrived a few days later professionally delivered by a very pleasant driver - Lee Bogan. It's the first time we have used the delivery service as we usually go to a superstore to exchange, but the Flogas ordering and delivery service has been seamless and efficient, we will certainly be using them again.

Jamie Brownlie top man got us up and running in the same day as delivery of the tank.

I've really liked the attention and kindness of all representatives of Flogas I've been speaking to in the last year. They answer promptly to the phone and emails, go the extra-mile to assist you and are always courteous and professional. I special mention to Sarah, which assisted me quickly and efficiently during my last call.
Tariff-wise, I found them very competitive and their charges are clear and well explained.

Always delivered on time. Have never been let down.

This company will harass and try to bully anyone that is 4 hours late to make a payment. When told what is happening, they continue with their over zealous behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

7th time we were promised a delivery today after being sent a message this morning. Received another message at 17.50 to cancel yet again. What a shambles of a company. The excuse this time was that the driver had run out of gas. Absolute joke.

Been getting my gas bottle from the Paisley Depot always first class service from the reception staff to Stephen Graham for taking and giving me fresh filled gas bottle every time.

Just finished my 2 year LPG contract with Flogas. Most deliveries were great - good communication, arriving on time - but over Christmas and New Year 2023/4 failed to deliver as promised so that my tank eventually ran empty. Email offer to renew contract quoted 47p per litre - contract renewal forms quoted 69ppl. Now have a new supplier. Customer Services sent same message 5 times - it take 7 days for a reply to a query - not brilliant service. Reported my situation to Operations Director, but never received a reply.

First time using Flogas, Alastair the delivery driver was so helpful and polite, & offered to carry the cylinder to my door. An excellent customer experience, and Alastair is a credit to Flogas! Well done. Have a great Christmas Flogas, & Alastair!
Will be using them again once the cylinder is empty.😀

The fast delivery of gas, and efficiency of Andy my delivery driver. He is courteous, polite, knowledgeable on the gas, and how the double connectors work. Usually he connects them up safely for me and answers any questions I have regarding my delivery.
He is quite witty at times.
Flogas as a company are 5 star with their prices, supply times etc.

Andy delivered our gas today very pleasant and professional nothing too much trouble.Well done
