We recently engaged Flood Emergency Services for water damage restoration at our property, and we were very impressed with the entire experience.

From the initial call-out, the team was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They quickly identified the cause of the issue and explained the restoration process in a clear and reassuring manner. The technicians carried out thorough moisture testing and installed the necessary drying equipment efficiently, attending multiple follow-up visits to monitor progress and ensure everything was drying properly. Their attention to detail and commitment to completing the job to a high standard really stood out.

We also appreciated how respectful and helpful they communicating with insurer throughout the claiming process, leave you peace of mind which is the last thing you want to deal with after the flood incident.

Overall, we are very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to recommend Flood Emergency Services to others needing reliable and professional flood restoration support.

My mum had a leak in her ensuite which flooded her bedroom, the carpet was saturated. FES arrived the same day, sucked the water out and set up the equipment to dry the carpet. They did a great job but what I was more impressed with was the way the staff treated my Mum, who has dementia. They were so gracious, laughed and joked with her and treated her with kindness and respect.
I highly recommend this company.

In August 2023 I had an internal but more extensive flood in the same area. Cost to dry $1232. Two years later FES charged $12654.65 (more than 10 times the earlier cost)

I can’t thank Flood Emergency Services Sydney enough for the way they handled such a stressful situation. Waking up to a flooded home at 7am was overwhelming, but after finding them on Google I knew I made the right call. Their response time was incredible, having a team arrive within the hour helped limit what could have been disastrous damage.

The team at FES were amazing from start to finish when I had a pipe burst in my shower and flood my bedroom and ensuite. Their professionalism and communication throughout the whole process was great in a high stress time and they were able to ensure that my house was dried with no damage to anything. Their post support with the insurance claim and liaising with the insurance company was also a god send to ensure the process went smoothly.

FES are trustable, easy to deal with at all time. They are ready to assist at anytime when needed. The most important part was they came immediately when we’re in need them when we had flood whole house. We are forever grateful for their quick service, proper jobs . We are very happy with job they did for us in November 2025. The boys at the site were very polite, they explained us everything what we need to do and they finished the job smoothly and on time as per their advise.

Fantastic service, I was blown away by how quickly they arrived on scene, the technicians were lovely and set straight to work, as a result we had everything restored back to normal with no damage which I was extremely thankful for.
