Order never delivered

Order never delivered - ordered a week in advance on Valentine's day. Customer support takes over 24 hrs each time to respond and basically says nothing they can do. I think this company is a scam and a fraud.

Order never arrived AVOID AVOID!!

Order never arrived. Completely ruined Valentines Day. AVOID this company. They’ll tell you your order has been delivered and will make NO attempt to help. They’ve even started ignoring me absolutely pathetic excuse of a company you should get sued!!

Very poor customer experience

First, I was sent a message saying that the flowers had been delivered. Then when I raised a complaint I was told that 'it would be escalated asap'. After several hours of silence and non-communication, i.e. the 13th evening, I was emailed saying that somehow the flowers had been 'damaged' in transit. No more was heard and then my repeated queries on Valentine's day elicited nothing - other than a vague promise of delivery by 6pm. This too was not honoured. It is a tale of incompetence and poor customer service to an extent I have never encountered in decades of ordering flowers several times a year. I only gave Floom a chance because I saw the name mentioned on a Time Out list of florists, and they clearly have the wrong impression of what Floom's capabilities are. Never again!

Order never arrived after promised it would arrive on VALENTINES DAY! (I have screenshots to confirm this) no communication from the company, rude customer service lady was very patronizing and closed the phone in my face. AVOID!!

Lost my order on St Velentine's day!

Lost details of my order.

I made an order a day before the Valentine's day, and the very next day I got an email that Floom had a glitch in their system and lost all the details of my order. They asked to provide those details in a reply, which I did. Unfortunately I got no reply or updates afterwards and had to contact their customer support multiple times. I was assured that my order will be delivered but it did not happened.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Their support was not helpful at all. The worst part of it is that they messed up on the Valentine's day. Avoid Floor, they don't give a damn about their customers.

A complete rip off

Floom has various florists on their platform. You are better off ordering directly from the florists as you are paying an extortionate price. Florists will price the product to account for commission Floom charges them. I paid £40 for a bunch of 3 roses and 5 lilies. A complete rip off!

Total waste of time

Total waste of time. Ordered flowers for my friend whose father has just died. Spent £6.99 for next day delivery and they didn’t arrive the next day. I had to spend ages trying to get to the bottom of it and am still none the wiser. Floom can’t contact the florist and propose to send me a refund but I didn’t want a refund, I want the flowers delivered on time as expected. Such a let down. Won’t be using Floom again that’s for certain.

Appalling - stay away from Floom

Attempted delivery of £70 bunch of flowers only for the deliverer to stay less than 1 minute on doortsep - elderly lady could not reach there in time. Floom failed to reattempt delivery the following day. No flowers delivered in the end. Appalling service

Do not use this company

Do you use this company! I placed an order at 9.50am and never received my order. When I contacted them they informed me that they had spoken to the florist and that my order would be delivered by 6pm. I contacted customer service at 5.55pm and was informed that the order had not gone through as there was an issue with their system.

Do Not Order from here.

Now I have to wait 14 days for a full refund.

Meh …

The delivery was ontime and I was grateful for that … but the flowers didn’t really look like what I ordered online ( I was only interested in pretty ) lots of green cheap foliage to bulk it out and the flowers were not the delicate pretty one in the picture but rather cabbage like in appearance - could have done better with a bunch of supermarket flowers for about £ 8 - I just can’t seem to find a decent florist that delivers flowers in London - disappointed ? Yes I really am Floom

Ordered some flowers for my godmother’s…

Ordered some flowers for my godmother’s 60th days in advance. On the day they said they didn’t have a driver and cancelled the order, so she had no birthday flowers and it was too late to order anymore. Terrible customer service and ten days to get a refund.
