I have used their product before and it wears very well even with multiple dogs running over it. I have had it about 4 years. I recently bought some more flooring to do another room and one of the boxes came damaged , a new one is being sent out.

We really wanted an LVP in our basement that matched the craftsman woodwork in our main floor. After searching we finally discovered Flooret's craftsman line and couldn't be happier with the result. We went with the Brenswick Craftsman and installation was not as bad as I thought it would be (I have installed two other brands of planks in the past at a previous residence). The planks clicked in nicely and didn't require too much extra effort to get them together. I cannot comment on longevity, but this was by far the thickest wear layer that I encountered so I feel fairly confident about that. Thanks Flooret!

This is a remarkable company that makes an exceptional product (even our installers were extremely impressed with the quality, and they install LVP at EVERY price point). But as outstanding as the product is, the best thing about the company is its people and customer service. They understand that it can be a little frightening spending a serious amount on something being shipped across the country with no local point of contact. Every single Flooret rep with whom I dealt was concerned, warm, very knowledgeable, and determined to make the experience a good one and handle any hiccups. I am not often able to give an unqualified rave to a company, but in this case it’s well deserved.

After spending hours measuring and configuing how the planks would be orientated I had a chat conversation about round nose to finish the look of the stairs. Vanessa was quick to answer all my questions with facts on what to expect and how to take care of the product once installed. I will order tomorrow after confirming my measurements.

The Flooret product is absolutely the best available in the market. My contractor was so impressed he immediately connected with the company and is now recommending it to other customers. Check it out… nothing comes close. Beyond the product, their associates are fantastic to work with. No pushing… just solid advise.

I ran into some problems with my house and had to return my flooring. Carinn in customer service made this process incredibly easy. After my ask, with no hesitation, she provided information to take care of it on her end. I wish all customer service reps for all companies were just half this easy and nice. Thank you Carinn and thank you Flooret!

I ordered several boxes of different types of flooring from Flooret so that I could choose the correct color and style. I was encouraged by a Flooret rep to do that, saying, "it's a great way to choose the right color". After purchasing 5 different boxes, I was told I could not return them after opening them by the same rep.

Just terrible service. I was about to order 2,000 sq/ft of flooring from them and they refused to make it right. It was very disappointing. I was really excited about the company and the product, but after that experience, I could not bring myself to give them another dime of my money.

Removed old carpet and installed Flooret two years ago and still looks fantastic. We selected the Arbor signature line. So glad we did not go with real wood. This luxury vinyl tile is the best. I have several cats and it makes it so easy to clean up messes. I looked for two years before I finally found Flooret. Their 40 mil layer and water protection sold me. Their customer service is superb. Do not be afraid to order from this online company. They are super responsive and do everything they can to answer your questions. Never any pressure tactics or trying to upsale you. Love this company and their product!!

We ordered samples for different color in both base and signature. They are very well packaged and look incredible. We have ordered many samples from different stores and we can tell the floor at flooret definitely has the highest quality. We especially like the size of signature. Suggest whoever is interested in the floor should purchase sample before making any decision. Highly recommend flooret. Plan to redo our flooring for the entire house.

I absolutely love my new LVP fLoors! They are so easy to maintain and fool everyone into thinking they’re real wood floors! My installer said they were of the highest quality he has seen and he has installed plenty. Flooret was a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed of the order throughout the entire process.

After hoarding a stack of flooring samples almost ten feet high, I finally - somewhat hesitantly - decided on Flooret. Flooret - although not yet a well-known brand when I placed my order - checked all of the boxes: Wide Planks, Low-emitting materials, Commitment to Sustainability, An Incredible 40mil Wear Layer, and THE most realistic embossed-in-register texture of any product I'd seen. None of my other flooring samples came close. I chose the mid-tone Elmstead Signature LVP and couldn't be happier.

I had the flooring professionally installed throughout a new construction over a concrete slab with in-floor heat. All of the planks and transition moldings arrived intact, and both the installer and my contractor were super impressed with the quality - the installer actually said, "you could drive a truck over this and not damage it!"(unlikely this is recommended! :) My contractor liked Flooret so much, he placed an order for his own home.

I've also been blown away with Flooret's customer service as well. Every single person I've spoken with or emailed at Flooret has been incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly when my construction was delayed and I needed to put my shipment on hold for several months.

I genuinely can't recommend Flooret highly enough - it's been an excellent experience and I'm SO thrilled with my beautiful new floors!

Flooret is an amazing product and company. From the moment I contacted them to the time my flooring was installed and beyond, their customer service has been wonderful. Their product is high end and it does what they say it will do. I highly recommend Flooret and would buy again in a heartbeat.

We purchased flooring to cover three bedrooms, a large living room, two hallways, a dining room, office, and a walk in closet. We chose Elmstead for all of them.

Delivery was very smooth with no damage. We installed the flooring ourselves. We found it was pretty easy to do, but we did have a friend who had installed flooring before to help us.

We are very happy with the flooring. It looks beautiful and is comfortable to walk on. Warmer than tile in the winter. We do have a few areas that sound a little hollow when walking on, but we're going to wait a few months to see if it settles. We made sure concrete was flat and we filled in any holes first.

Flooret has been very helpful along the way with any questions. Their standard shipping cost for the entire order is very reasonable. Material was easy to cut with miter saw. Ready to clean floors and can sand out small scratches. Thick wear layer. Expect this to last for many years. Happy customer.

We just installed Flooret Nakan Base on our main floor. My husband and I installed the floor without issues and we love the end result. These floors are a huge upgrade from our carpet and easy to keep clean with dogs and toddlers. Customer service has been great about answering all of our questions in a timely manner.

We just installed flooret floors in our entire house and it has been a great experience thus far. The chat option has come in handy and the customer service has been awesome with answering our questions. Devon helped with our cleaning questions and even sent some products to try. We definitely will keep flooret in mind for future flooring jobs.

Ordered $3000 worth of flooring in August with the expectation that it would be delivered in October. October came and went and nothing was delivered. The delivery time was then pushed back to mid-November. About a week and a half before the scheduled delivery time, I contacted customer service to make sure everything was on schedule to be delivered this time. They told me everything was on track to be delivered. November rolled around and now all of a sudden they are telling me the flooring won't be delivered until late January or early February, about 6 months after I ordered it! This is for a rental property, and I cannot lose six months of rental income because there is no floor. I have redone the entire property, and this is the only thing that has been delayed. I understand we are in a pandemic, which is why I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the original delay, but to be told that everything was on schedule and at the last minute get told that I would have to wait 3 more months was not what I would call exceptional customer service. I even offered to accept one of the other colors, but they wanted to charge me extra despite that not being the color or size I originally wanted. Their products look good online, but good luck actually receiving them...

I received my flooring with multiple planks broken. Our flooring was also delayed over 1.5 hours passed the 4 hour delivery window time. Although answers to questions were delayed from the company and we had to ask the same question a few times Customer service did make it right! Would order again

Very disappointed in the customer service from Brian. He gave me false information and now I cannot wait the 2 months for the product to come in. I liked 2 of the new colors that came out in November and was torn on which one to order. Brian said they did a photo shoot showing pictures of the flooring down and would be available to see in December....which they never were. I just called today, 1/28, they still do not have the photos from the shoot and the 2 colors I am interested in are backordered till the beginning of April. Because my project cannot wait that long I have to go back out and shop for another brand floor that is available in February. My advise Is do not deal with Brian!

Update: Received order with several damaged planks. Company said they would send replacements. I really like the product separate from these issues. I will update once they have resolved the issue.

I discovered Flooret when searching the internet. Their story was compelling but how would the reality compare? We used their Arlo shade flooring in a new custom 3400 sq ft home in 2020. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. The product is high quality and their customer service excellent. I paid for the product and had them hold it for me in their warehouse to be sure it would be available when needed. It was then delivered promptly, and returning surplus material at the end of the project was a breeze, with me being charged just the return freight. Their vinyl plank product looks as nice as wood, is easy to maintain, but most importantly, so much more resilient to animals, sand and grit, not to mention spills or even floods!
