Great service from these guys
Great service from these guys. Two items out of 31 were delivered. I only discovered a couple of months later that they were the wring thickness and I only noticed when I opened the packs. I got in contact and Karl was really helpful and organised replacements to be sent to me straight away. They arrived 2 days later. No fuss, no worry, just excellent customer service. Thank you

Good communication to resolve delayed delivery
Samples were sent promptly, choice of vinyl for easy lay made confidently. Delivery north of Inverness resolved by delivery to a friend's house in Inverness. Good communication by Scott to resolve delayed delivery.

Perhaps the best price on the market. Good customer service. Unfortunately their courier is much to be desired. After chasing throughout the day, only got confirmation of expected delivery 1 hour prior to the delivery.
