Fast delivery ( came a day early ) nice product. Had an issue with how the flooring was packed, this really wasn’t very good and resulted in some damage to the edges of the planks , as this is critical to how well they go together it made the install far more difficult than it should have been

Be aware
Flooring good, delivered within time frame. Just disappointed with the fact that they wouldn't return over ordered flooring even though packs were unopened, so just be careful ordering and ignore the 'add 10percent' they suggest on their website

Great price, delivered as promised
Great experience with this company (so far). Can't fault them. Delivered on everything they said they would. The only issue I had was delivery was from 7am -5pm, which in this time of technology, I feel a bit unnecessary. Even am/pm option, or, driver will give a 4 hour window would have been helpful. Stayed in all day and got delivered at 4.45pm!
Floor goes down in the next few weeks, so will only report back if any issue. Otherwise, on inspection the product looks fab.
