Thank you for your order on FloorMatShop.com. After reviewing notes I do see we had gone back and forth multiple times regarding artwork, changes to proof and then the final approval on 9/12. We are unable to start production until we receive the signed proof. From there is was fabricated in the normal time frame for Berber logo mats
