Fantastic service and fitting
Fantastic service at the store and fantastic fitting. Staff at Floorstore Outlet Leeds have been knowledge and helpful to get the most out of the living room carpet to include a small hallway carpeted for my mums small flat.
Aditionally, my whole house has been carpeted at different times by this store too.
Prices here are better than anywhere else I have been for the same carpets and vinyl. I travel from Harrogate to Leeds every time because they are the best.

Fantastic Customer Service
I’m absolutely delighted to update my review of Floorstore.
After initially being disappointed with my experience regarding a return, I contacted the Managing Director directly to explain my concerns. I have to say, the way the matter was handled afterwards was absolutely fantastic.
The Managing Director personally listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I was extremely pleased to receive a full refund, and I genuinely appreciate the time, understanding and professionalism shown.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to listen to its customers and put things right when something hasn’t gone as expected.
I’m very grateful for the way this was resolved and I’m more than happy to completely change my original review. Floorstore have shown excellent customer service, and I would now have no hesitation in recommending them.
