Took an appointment with this company 4 days before. And to get this appointment, called umpteen times. 10.30 agreed for visit, then postponed to 3.00pm by them, even at 5 they did not turn up . Irresponsible company. How do one expect if we give the work to them ?

Delivery was organised and then cancelled and rescheduled without anyone telling us.
2 of the 5 packets were damaged but it was too late to do anything as the fitter was pliers putting it down and lucky for us managed to hide the damage. Floor is beautiful

So far so good, communication was good and delivery quick. Product arrived well packaged, we have yet have the floor laid but the product looks just the thing.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED THROUGH!!

THEY TOOK OUR ORDER ON THURSDAY AND THEN CANCELLED IT ON MONDAY SAYING THEY HAD ANOTHER ORDER OVER THE WEEKEND AND COULDN’T NOW FULFIL OURS.

FIRST TIME BUYERS NEEDING A SPECIFIC FLOORING AND THEY CANCEL WITH NO NOTICE MEANING WE NOW HAVE NO FLOORING IN TIME

The Quality of the good was top class. The original order had to be replaced as the product was discontinued, however the replacement was of outstanding value. The delivery charge was also refunded as a good will gesture for the inconvenience.

Communication was excellent, although sometimes a little too excessive. Price was outstanding and service great. We chose our flooring and paid, but there was no discussion about fit for purpose or if the choice was sound for what we wanted. This would have been helpful during the crossing period.

Overall very positive, just a couple of minor things to work on

Another room completed in the Abraham household thanks to the team at Floorzy. Again from the initial enquiry to the flooring arriving, nothing but 1st class service from everyone involved. We’ve now upgraded two rooms within the last month with flooring supplied by Floorzy and I can honestly say I wouldn’t use anybody else to supply. Already planning on the next room and another order.
