I had a very disappointing experience…


I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order from Floraïku.

My order was confirmed on February 11, but I never received the parcel. Due to an issue with the address on the company’s side, the shipment was returned to their warehouse.

What followed was over a month of waiting, with no clear or consistent updates from customer service. I had to repeatedly follow up myself, and even then the information provided was often vague or contradictory.

In the end, I received a refund, but only after a long and frustrating process. As a gesture of apology, I was given a gift code, which unfortunately does not work.

Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and far below expectations, especially for a brand positioned in the luxury segment.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Floraïku Paris. Their customer service was exceptional — when I contacted them about my issue, they responded quickly, kindly, and handled everything in a very professional and generous way.

The perfumes themselves are absolutely stunning — unique, refined, and beautifully composed. The shipping was fast and smooth, with clear and informative communication throughout the entire process. And the presentation… simply exquisite. From the packaging to the smallest details, everything feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed.

An outstanding brand experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Take your money when they have no stock and don’t inform you they just keep you chasing after them. If you really want perfume from this brand don’t order directly from them.
