The worst night gowns i ever got
I ordered a night gown and it came with mistakes in the design, the dantelle is itchy, and the backside is ugly. To replace that they offered a replacement gown and it came with a defect as well, the fabric was cut diagonally so it stretches very weirdly and is so uncomfortable.
Not worth its price at all

The order took a while but the quality of the product is terrific. Truly worth the wait. Great attention to detail. When I asked about a follow up on how long it was taking, I got immediate emails. Absolutely worth the money and the patience.

The order takes ages to be processed and shipped even though my address is in Italy!

Easy and everything arrived in a timely manner.

I am delighted with my recent purchase. The most important thing for me is quality and comfort. I certainly found both. I must mention that the customer service was also excellent.

The quality of the garment and the execution of the design was excellent in every way. The design is also sophisticated and vintage - what I asked for. My wife however thinks that what i asked for was a bit too dowdy for her taste and wanted something a bit more updated. This is however my fault for taking the risk of choosing for someone else.

Nice fabrics, lovely designs.

Delivered to the wrong address and said I had received order, when I didn’t even live at that address. Argued the point when I explained I had not received the items and said there was nothing they would do as the item had been accepted. After I investigated it transpired that no one had accepted the delivery. After a few days they then told me the courier company had miraculously found the package and would redeliver, but I would have to place a new order. The items were never received and I did get a refund, but it was very underhand.

I love their product, they look amazing, the fabric and lace are so beautiful so sophisticated
