I had ordered delivery from India to indonesia. They took the money, they also took extra money for fixed time delivery which after wards they say can't do fixed time delivery for international delivery after taking the money.

The delivery was never made, they sent a mail "recipient phone could not be reached" and no refund will be made, phone was reachable for sure address was easily searchable on Google maps, so the delivery was never attempted.
No refund and they spoilt our day as well. They run the scam in different names, floribee florarush all are same company, all online scammers

Fraud Alert: Scam Flower Delivery Website – Do Not Trust!

I want to share my experience with a fraudulent flower delivery company that ruined a special occasion and continues to scam customers.

I had placed an online order for a flower delivery from India to canada for my husband’s birthday. The order was confirmed, payment was taken immediately, and I was expecting a smooth delivery experience. However, on the night of the delivery, I received a vague message saying they “could not connect with the person.” In reality, they never attempted the delivery — there was no call, no visit, no update.

When I asked them to re-attempt the delivery, they simply refused, citing that it’s “not under their policy” — even though it was entirely their failure. I then requested a refund, and once again, I was denied. They claimed that “no refunds are allowed for international deliveries.”

After repeatedly following up and fighting for what was right, they gave me a voucher usable only in India. But when I tried to use that voucher to order something within India, they said the product is not available and have stopped responding altogether.

This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and deceptive. They are cheating people out of their money and using false promises to gain business. I am sharing this to warn others not to fall into their trap.

They should be reported for consumer fraud. If you’ve had a similar experience, don’t stay silent — leave reviews, report to consumer forums, and help stop others from becoming victims.
