I clearly stated that I was ordering to my hotel room and my stay was limited. I was told that delivery would take place by the 4th of April. Got a notification that the parcel arrived today. I am out of the country already.

Sent quickly and arrived fine but...
Edited to say that the company reached out and has sent me packets of the smaller seeds which was very kind of them. In the meantime the germination rate for the seeds I had already planted has mostly been wonderful (not, alas, the tiny seeds but i am always open to that being me as a beginner rather than a problem with the seeds.
Sent quickly and arrived in excellent condition. But some of the seeds, the snapdragons, the foxgloves, the ones with tiny seeds, there are literally so few seeds in a packet that you may as well not bother. I bought similar seeds (poppies) from Kokopelli at the same time and there were hundreds of seeds in the packet and very much cheaper. There were so few seeds in the foxglove packet that I bought that I actually couldn't work out if any got sown before they all disappeared. There was literally like 15 tiny seeds from a packet that cost €6. Kokopelli also has excellent quality, i know from previous years. I mean if we were talking extra rare plants i would understand but I think this is just price-gouging and I would encourage everyone who reads this, if their seeds flower well, let some of those flowers go to seed and next year go to Kokopelli and support a serious company that is not just social media marketing.

We absolutely take this to heart and will review how we communicate and balance seed quantities, especially for varieties with very small seeds like snapdragons and foxgloves. Our intention is always to include a reasonable amount of seeds in each packet, since each seed can become a plant and we want to avoid unnecessary waste. That said, it’s clear that in your case the experience did not meet expectations, and that’s something we want to improve.
We would of course be happy to make this right for you. We can either offer a refund or send additional seed packets as compensation, whichever you prefer.
