Non-existent customer service!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Florence Leather Market. Their customer communication is completely non-existent. I have tried reaching out to them regarding my order, but I have received absolutely no response. It is unacceptable for an online store to ignore their customers like this. I highly recommend avoiding this shop unless you want to be left completely in the dark. Terrible service! I want my money back!
