Bad customer service

Unfortunately, I bought a dress which is stained, contacted them but they put all blame on me by saying they did water test and I bleached. The most disappointing and frustrating thing they sent me the parcel back. Didn't care of customer.

I bought a wonderful t-shirt dress

I bought a wonderful t-shirt dress. The dress is great: good quality fabric and well fitting. Slightly larger than my normal size.
Te service was spectacular. Posted the same day as my order and received the next day. I’ll be back!

Faulty fabric

I ordered a dress 25/05/24 for a wedding that was did not arrive until 11/6/24 which was too late . I didn’t get a chance to wear it until late September and then again late October which I noticed tears in the sleeve . They were very hard to see and probably why I missed them when unpacking dress. This is a fault of the manufacturer or fabric. I sent photos showing this. This dress was over $150 and can not be repaired. I have not been offered credit or any other compensation.
They are blaming Australia Post for taking so long to deliver .
Really disappointing as I buy online regularly. I will not be recommending them to my friends and family .

Quality goods and efficient service …

The order from Florence Store arrived promptly and I was able to track the delivery every step of the way. The dress I ordered was exactly as described and expected and was very reasonably priced considering the fabric, construction and design. It’s true to size

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM FLORENCE STORE. THEY HAVE KEPT MY STORE CREDIT.
After months of very poor, dismissive and unhelpful customer service, they have blocked me from their website so that I am unable to use my store credit.
Extremely questionable checking out process when I was able to shop on the website trying to use my store credit up so that I never have to deal with these people again - adding items to my cart to checkout that 'suddenly' are out of stock to then return in stock later that day.
I have kept evidence of it all and have contacted the authorities about the money they have kept so please be careful ladies, there are too many unhappy customers with very disappointing experiences.

I was also sent the wrong shirt in which I returned immediately to be told they would dispatch the correct one 'when they felt like it' and I have not received that shirt.

Because they refuse to put a name to any correspondence to try and remain anonymous, I just did an ABN search to find out who these people are.

Florence clothing

I have purchased 3 items of clothing from Florence.Two dresses,and a pair of denim jeans.Each order has been easy and the orders have arrived in a timely manner with no issues.
The sizing is accurate and a great style fit and quality.

Faulty purchasing site

Faulty purchasing site. The Buying site for Florence Stores places more than one order, debits your credit card, and the company Florence Stores refuses to cancel the incorrect order even if you immediately email them. Beware when buying from this company Florence Stores. I wonder if your reply breaches privacy? Apart from the incorrectness of the reply. It is obvious, from comments on this forum, that many other people who have placed orders with Florence Store have had similar difficulties.
