If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I spent €70 on a bouquet for my mother for UK Mother’s Day. The flowers arrived looking fine, but within less than 24 hours they were already droopy and effectively dead. I have never experienced flowers deteriorating this quickly.

There were no care instructions provided at all — which is unacceptable if the flowers are this short-lived.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of customer service. The company has been avoidant and has offered no refund, no replacement, and no proper response.

Be warned: if something goes wrong, these people are not going to help you. For the price, this is extremely disappointing and not worth the risk. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
