Florestanatoniosevilla.es

Realicé un pedido en Florestanatoniosevilla.es a las 17:00 horas. En su página web indican que las entregas se realizan en un plazo aproximado de dos horas; sin embargo, mi pedido no llegó hasta las 21:45.
Durante toda la tarde estuve reclamando y solicitando información sobre el estado del pedido, sin obtener una solución satisfactoria. Además, debido al gran retraso, cuando finalmente realizaron la entrega dejaron el pedido en un lugar escondido, lo que dificultó su localización.
Considero que el servicio prestado no se corresponde con los plazos de entrega anunciados en su página web y que la atención recibida durante la incidencia fue insuficiente.
