This was a nightmare case perpetrated by the opportunistic snake in the grass collection agency known as "Dyck O'Neal". They buy up old bank deficiencies from years back for pennies on the dollar, then go for the throat on each one as if the money was defaulted on them personally. I had such a situation where I foreclosed on a house, reach a complete bank settlement and even got cash for keys. Then two years later, the Texas tree frog himself "Big Dyck O'Neal" files a suit against me.
If it wasn't for Florida Law Advisors, I would have been in bad shape. Florida Law advisors have incredible knowledge, wisdom and negotiation power. They turned the nightmare into a "legal ballet" that put my mind at ease let me sleep at night. I can't disclose the details of my outcome or "The Big Dyck O'Neal" will sue me again.
