Maintenance on the home and the pool were very poor. About 8 out of our 14 day stay in the home, we could not use the pool. The pool was dirty and the pool deck was full of weeds and dirt as well as mold. There were loose tiles around the pool that would fall off. There were dirty facecloths on the loungers on the pool deck. The washer was still full of ratty cloths. Remotes for tvs and games were missing batteries. Games in the game room were missing wires. Even the foosball table was missing the ball. The customer service team was extremely unhelpful and would argue any phone calls. They would talk over and around you and would not let you talk to management. Would never respond to emails. Very very very poor experience. Multiple phone calls and emails sent and not once did they apologize or try to rectify issues. We have vacationed in this Kissimmee/Davenport area multiple times with another company and never had this poor of experience.

Terrible customer service,upon arrival.The rental was not clean-floors were filthy,cupboard doors had food stuck on them and the bath towels were stained.The photos were gorgeous and not at all like the unit we received.THEY WILL NOT SET THE TEMP LOWER THAN 74,so beware if staying during the summer.It was unbearable .We have not slept in 4 days and they don't care .Our fan broke and they could not get a new motor during our stay ,so there was no way we could of getting any air in our unit.Stephanie refused to help and said,"it's in your contract,that we don't lower the temp below 74". We are currently looking to leave this property and have book with another company.No compensation or alternatives were provided by this company.
