Bought 5 dresses from this shop and when they arrived it was complete junk. The material on them was the kind of stuff that gets used for table cloths in cheap road side cafes. Kinda plastic sheeting with a weave embossed on it. Colours didn't match, style didn't match. Sizes where ridiculously small. One item claimed a 46" bust but the item turned out to be 37".

After weeks of emails back and forth to try and extract a return address from them we finally were able to return the items. However, by some magical coincidence the parcel arrived back with us about 3 months later with no explanation.

Obviously we didn't get a refund and lost out on costs and return shipping costs.

This is the first time I have EVER written a review, but felt compelled due to the extremely bad quality good received after the second attempt Floriday took to deliver my goods over 8 weeks. This website is HORRENDOUS in both customer service and more importantly, in their quality, fit and look of their goods. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS, IT IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS

Absolute crap company and crap products. Total scam artists and I will warn everyone I can about this money grabbing slippery con artists

After reading the Daily Mail today I realised that Floriday’s London HQ address @ Regent Street London is a scam and just a forwarding address for 3,900 companies. They say that my email address is unknown to them so there is no easy way to return over £70worth of rubbish quality tops despite their “worry -free” returns so please DO NOT deal with this disreputable firm

I am totally disgusted they have sent me garbage and not sent another order that's over 60 pounds worth of stuff only found out too late that's a Chinese company ....message from one very angry customer .....be warned don't buy from them here and Facebook .

FLORIDAY : WORST FIRMA EVER !!!!!!! On June 9th, 2020 I ordered clothes from Floriday.com worth: CHF156.55.00 (Order No. 022545917083) (Ticket # 8980469739).
I received the items on June 17th, 2020 and unfortunately, the quality of all item goods was Poor & VERY disappointing.
On Jun 18Th 2020, I received the first reminder from a Klarna company, with an open bill in order of 28,40 from Floriday plus 42, 00CHF Klarna, totally: 70,40CHF.
On the 24th of June 2020, I tried to reach Floriday several times by phone for hours. As soon as I reached a colleague and wanted to talk about the problem, THEY said that THEY"you couldn't hear me" and immediately put down the phone.
The Floriday homepage complaint was informed, later the send me a NOTICE: YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS: REFUND OF 100% PRODUCT VALUE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL OR REFUND 50% IF i KEEP THE ITEMS. I returned the package with everything!!!! THEY LOG and on a later date, they had forwarded my email address to a company called Klarna.
On June 25th, 2020, at 4:40 pm, after I received the goods, I returned the items and again paid the postage for the return of goods.
Before all the episode I that, I didn't know that the Klarna company existed. Until this problem came up, I never heard of this company. YOUR SERVICE AND THIS BILL IS A SHAME.
Meanwhile, I have 4 reminders, they threaten me with additional costs and damage my creditworthiness.
I tried to contact them several times by email, phone, ... Unsuccessful. . After receiving so many reminders from Floriday & Klarna, I am very disappointed. I am feeling very ABUSED about your service.
I hope that everything is clear now. First and last about this company: You are very dubious. Floriday is the Worst and Klarna Schweiz knows about it! But for them, deal with Floriday is worthy.

The dress looked lovely in the advert, and was billed as half-price, but when I saw the design and quality of the actual product, I wouldn't have worn it as a nightdress. I did eventually receive £20 rebate from the £27.50 I paid for it. What happened to the £7.50? Your guess is as good as mine. They would call that a nice little earner. We call it scam

After reading my negative review Floriday offered me a full refund including shipping (I only ended up paying for customs). I was out of reach, with no internet for several weeks but they happily resolved my issue when I was able to contact them.
Ultimately, they came through to my satisfaction.
