I recently moved the area and needed a new advisor to take over my parent’s probate case. After some internet research into local companies I came across the Florins website, it was visually appealing, easy to use and very informative. This led me to contact the team at Florins who were very friendly and welcoming.
In my initial meeting with Sophie she explained the probate process, the costs involved and gave me some helpful advice. Probate went through smoothly and efficiently. Sophie was professional and compassionate during what was a very difficult time for me.
As a follow up Sophie has also updated my will and LPA and those of my family members.
The level of service, advice and attention to detail has been excellent. I am very grateful to Sophie for her work and to Helen for her admin.

The business is located on the Main Street in Louth so it’s very easy to access. Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions we asked, Sophie always responded quickly and helped us to understand the process of making wills and powers of attorney. They were very accommodating to our needs. My wife has mobility limitations and without even asking they provided ground floor access to conduct our meeting. This made us feel very comfortable and valued as customers. We also believe the costs for their services to be very competitive and value for money. Compared with the online services that are available we think we received a much better face to face service. It was very personal and really helpful in the fact that we could ask as many questions as we needed to before we committed to our final documents.
