Can’t get ahold of anyone using website, chat option and no phone number. I called a number listed that I found at another site and said I had less than 1 min wait, 7 minutes later I hung up. I ordere... See more

Don’t buy flowers from here,a total scam!
Disaster
Ordered flowers on Thursday, Aug. 29 to have flowers delivered to MY HOME ADDRESS. Received email that flowers were delivered at 7:01p.m. Flowers were NOT delivered. After chatting online with customer service, replacement flowers were ordered for the following Saturday, Aug. 31. Replacement flowers DID NOT arrive, but I received an email stating that my flowers had arrived at 8:04 p.m. Oh, wait! Yes, they DID deliver my flowers, only problem is that they arrived at 9:30 p.m. and I never would have known that they were there had I not received a notification from my Ring app. Very disappointed and will NOT be using this service in the future.
Worst flower company ever!
Worst flower company ever!! I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who was in the hospital and paid for same day delivery. They never were delivered! I wish i had seen the reviews sooner.
FAILED IN EVERY WAY
I ordered flowers for the one-year anniversary of my sister’s passing to be sent to her daughter. The order was placed FOUR weeks in advance. On the day of delivery, I received an email that they will not be delivered until three days later. Oh and no discount for failing to deliver on the day. Excuse was - they ran out of the flowers I ordered. HELLO this was not a last-minute order! Broke my heart even more than it already was. Sad day made sadder!!!!
I thought florist were supposed to bring happiness. FAIL!
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, delivery was supposed to be made the day prior. The next day was sent a notification that the delivery was unable to be made to a residential location. Customer service was zero help after explaining the situation with them. Would not recommend this company for any service at all.
Total nightmare!
Total nightmare! Florists.com should be called Florists.CON because that’s exactly what they are. Good luck speaking to someone willing to help. Hold times and callback times can be around 3 hours!
The flowers I ordered were delivered a day late, and to make matters worse, the delivery person was caught on camera crashing into the recipient's garage door, dropping off the flowers, and leaving without even leaving a note! I tried contacting customer service to resolve this issue. They assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for anything and won't even attempt to help rectify the situation. It looks like the police will have to get involved at this point because Florists.com doesn’t care about its customers.
Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Go elsewhere—anywhere else would be better than this disaster of a company.
Worst company EVER
I ordered flowers for my mother because my dad passed. They said they would be delivered that day. We were at my moms house all day with no delivery. That night I got an email saying the attempted delivery. That's a lie, like I said we were there all day. Next day called and they said that they would get them there that day. Nope, got a call from the supervisor saying the company they were using didn't gave the arrangement I wanted. I was heated and told them to make sure it was beautiful and similar to the other and to get it there now. Nope never got the delivery. So disappointed after such a terrible time in our lives. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
A great experience with florsits.com
Ordering from Florists.com was the best experience I've had with any store. The flowers were delivered on time, were fresh, and looked just as beautiful as depicted in the picture. The packaging was also excellent. Previously, I had ordered flowers from From You Flowers (they were delivered three days after my sister's birthday) and 1-800-Flowers.com (where the quality of the flowers was disappointing). But, Florists.com exceeded my expectations. However, the only issue I had was with their customer service. I received no updates on my order status, which remained "confirmed" until the flowers were delivered, leaving me uncertain if my order had even shipped.
BAD!!!Don’t use this company
BAD!!!Don’t use this company. Did not deliver flowers. They said sorry we didn’t call you to tell you the florists didn’t have the flowers. They were a mixed floral arrangement, nothing out of the ordinary . My parents waited all day for the delivery to not show up, which I paid extra to have same day delivery. They told me that the soonest they could have it delivered was two days later. I asked for a refund, they said it will be refunded between 35 and 45 days later. BAD
Unreliable service
Unreliable service. Don't use if you actually want flowers delivered. They'll bill your card but can't seem to find a way to return your money until 5 days later after they cancel your order.
Worst flower service - avoid
Worst service ever and not even able to get flowers delivered in the end. After over 1 week delay and excuses why their partner couldn't deliver I suddenly got told we just refund you. In the meantime delivery promises were not stuck too and even upgrade which were promised got forgotten.
Negative stars, if I could
Horrible experience, ordered flowers, got delivery confirmation only to find out they weren't delivered. That's an internal notification per customer service for the local florist to actually deliver the flowers. What?!?! Order actually gets delivered and it looks NOTHING like what I ordered, 3 flowers and a bunch of green leaves. It's bad, like pre-k, but still love your child bad. Ask for a redelivery, never get it. Reach out and I'm ghosted. Never again
Embarrassed with Flower Arrangement
I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law's first mother's day. I picked the arrangement and ordered the "Deluxe" size. I was embarrassed with the size of the flowers. The arrangement was probably a quarter the size of the picture they showed I was ordering. I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Do not waste your money.
Worst floral delivery service ever
The day before mothers day the flowers were left on a brick wall in 90+ degree sunshine, never knocked on the door or called. By the time my mother discovered the flowers they were all wilted/half dead. It has now been a week of calls and online chats and still no resolution. Florist.com claims to try to contact the florist, but they never respond.
Be aware of bad company
One star is way too much for the this company.
Completely unreliable. Canceled my order last minute, I had to urgently look for another company.
AVOID this company!
Wish I read these reviews before doing business with Florists.com because they are horrible. I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement on May 14 for a dear friend who recently lost her husband of 35 years. Florists.com does NOT give updates or a way to track your order. Due to circumstances, I had to change the delivery date & gave florist.com over 24 hours to ensure delivery time. I had to call 3 different times due to the POOR communication skills of their call center reps. The last rep, Cumisha, said the flower shop can't guarantee a time despite being given a heads-up over 24 hours. AVOID FLORISTS.COM unless you want a high blood pressure.
GARBAGE
Read the reviews as they are all the same issue! My first order was delivered but it was garbage! I paid good money and recieved what looked like a dollar store arrangement by a drunk delusional cracked out person. I called customer service and they stated they would redue and have it out in 3 days. Well, it stated delivered and guess what? Nope didn't come. Now I'm getting the run around.
worse than bad
worse than bad. I should be able to give zero stars. ordered 2 orders of flowers to go to 2 locations for mothers day. their website said delivery *might* be the day before or on mothers day. come the day after mothers day no deliveries. they said 1 order would deliver that day, 1 order would deliver in 3 days. I canceled the one that was 3 days out and gave them the benefit of the doubt for the one that was out for delivery. day after that the one that was supposed to be delivered still wasnt. Thanks for ruining mothers day!
Same as everything below --- never…
Same as everything below --- never delivered --- terrible customer service -- STAY AWAY
Fraud
Fraud. Online image shows greater than 36+ flowers in the “TRIPLE” bouquet. What I got was 9 stems and 4 were leaves. Run far away from this retailer. Their chat function does nothing.
