UNRELIABLE
Please don't use them. I placed the order 2 weeks ago for delivery today. I got an email an hour before the order was to be delivered that they didn't have a florist to fill the order. I called and they were unable to help me with ANYTHING. The rep also had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them to call the family (after the funeral) and let them know that they were sorry that they couldn't fill the order that was supposed to come to them. WTH?
Company NEVER delivers
This company may say they are a florist, but they NEVER deliver and they do not care about their customers or what they do. I ordered a bouquet for a friend having surgery 5 days in advance, and the order was never delivered. When I reached out, the customer service acted like this was normal and said she would refund me. They get 1 star for actually refunding me, but to not deliver (and now I have found the HUNDREDS of online reviews complaining about the same thing!) is **PATHETIC**. Florists.Com needs to be put out of business, lose their license, and be fined for practicing fraud.

Placed an order, an hour after received phone call and email saying they could not fulfill order. Placed 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Charged my card and stated a refund would be posted in 35 -40 days. Not comfortable with this. Honestly after reading the reviews on here I was really worried, but I had already ordered so oh well. Wow kudos to Oregon florists! I received email when they were delivered and when my friend sent me a picture of them, I was blown away. They were 10 times better than the item picture! Really really happy! Now I almost feel bad how cheap it was seriously they deserved a few more dollars It was really nice!

I would give zero stars if I could. Total scam. I ordered flowers for admin professionals day and now the day is over and my flowers were NOT delivered. No updates. No apology. No way to get ahold of them to fix it. Absolutely terrible experience and I will never use this “company” again.

Back in 2020 I ordered a funeral spray which was never delivered. Had to fight for a refund. Forgot this was the place I used before and ordered a funeral spray on Marcg 2nd to be delivered March 7th. Nothing was delivered March 7th (for the viewing), so I called customer service the morning of March 8th (date of actual funeral). They call the florist and no answer. They tell me to try later. One hour before the funeral, after confirming with the funeral director that nothing had been delivered, I called again. Still no answer from florist. Once again requested a refund. Use these people only if you want to have your time wasted. Otherwise, RUN!!!

Poor quality and value
Paid $79 for a "triple flower" size floral arrangement, including delivery. Unlike many of the reviews, my wife actually received the flowers, but what was received was a small, poor quality bouquet of flowers literally from the crappy grocery store flower department in my neighborhood. Size was smaller than the "Single" size and flower selection was poor. If I want a $10 bundled bouquet of average quality flowers, the neighborhood grocery store is okay, but I was expecting quality fulfillment from an actual professional flower shop/florist.

This company is a scam. I ordered flowers for a friend who is sick on 2/13/24. Due to the holiday, they told me that they may not be delivered until Friday, Feb. 16. I told them that was fine. I checked on 2/17 to see if they were delivered and it showed it wasn't. I called the Customer service number and spoke with a lady. She put me on hold and contacted the "local" florist. They told her that they didn't deliver to that zip code. I was dumbfounded because if I provided the zip code, why didn't you send it to a florist that does deliver to that area. I'm not trying to deliver to a rural location. I'm delivering in Houston, Texas. That's how I knew that this was some foolishness. I told them to issue a refund and I'll just find a reputable florist or go buy an arrangement from a grocery store. I wish I would've read these reviews before I wasted money and time.

Ordered flowers for San Valentin 3 days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. Contacted the chat about my order on Feb 14 and they told me there was a delay and could not deliver on Feb 14. Next day (Feb 15) I contacted them again and the excuse was that they tried to deliver the next day but were unable, the third day they said they refunded the money (Feb 16). I still need to wait for that refund. They ruined San Valentin day for me.

It's Valentine's Day. I ordered some flowers for my granddaughter in Florida to be delivered to her at school. Well the order didn't get delivered and school is over. I had a hard time getting through to customer service. I was on hold for almost an hour and when I did get a hold of them their reason was due to weather. But according to my granddaughter the weather is not bad over there right now. You order things online for the convenience, this turned in to a big hassle having to wait on the phone for an hour. And the lady couldn't even promise me that they will be there tomorrow. So I will never use them again. Terrible customer service. Terrible service period. What a disappointment.
