This website is a phishing site.

I tried to buy something at a discounted price. When I clicked on the link, the site's URL was masked and displayed a non-existent URL.
I was charged twice for the purchase, which of course I will never receive… The charges were labeled as "florist world” on my bank account which raised my suspicion.

When I tried to return to the site in question, it no longer existed.

Then I received an email stating that I had subscribed to a VIP offer that would charge me over 70€ every two weeks!!!!!

This site is a scam….I reported it to the French authorities and to my bank so they could block the payments.

I wrote to "florist world" to request an immediate refund.

I will take further action if I do not receive anything.

This is a scandal.

Be especially careful before buying something at a discounted price, or go directly through the official site.

Suddenly I was monthly charged with an amount less than 10€. As it turns out I apparently should proactively have said NO to become a member of their 'organisation'. As to EU rules this is not allowed abnd when I made objections got my 10€ back. So be aware and check your account, maybe the same is happening to you.

I ordered a pack of toilet rolls . Minutes later I received an email saying I had gold membership to Florist World !!! No mention of the toilet rolls !!! Utter SCAM . I replied to the email saying refund me immediately and it was a con I hadn't signed for . Received an email within a minute saying they had cancelled but a month on no sign of a refund despite many emails ! BEWARE DONT USE . SADLY MOST PEOPLE WILL HAVE BEEN CONNED LIKE ME , BEFORE THEY READ THIS REVIEW ! UPDATE *** ASKED FOR A REFUND SEVERAL TIMES AND EACH TIME TOLD THEY WOULD REFUND IF I CHANGED MY REVIEW AND GAVE THEM 4 OR 5 STARS! NOT A CHANCE ! CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD WHO REFUNDED ME AND AGREED IT WAS FRAUD .
NB 4/06/24 . Contacted by Trustpilot asking for me to give this company more details about myself ie. Address Phone number , email etc or they will not be able to verify my review????? I'm already verified on Trustpilot so not sure the email was from them?

This is a scam site . Beware
i did not subscribe to them . Infact i never heard their name before this. Debited my crwdit card for $9.68. When i emailed them they immediated unsubscribed me foe a service i never subscribed for. I logged a dispute with my bank.

I'm updating this post. Further to the above the site contacted me on many occasions and they said they would refund the money if I would change my opinion to a 3/4 on trustpilot. I did advise them it's not about the money but their fraudlant behavior that is of concern. Needless to say I will not change my rating/opinion of them. They have stood their ground and not returned my money. Their tactics were tantamount to bullying. So beware of this site

Scammers!!!! If I could rate minus 100 I would do it. Website came from nowhere and charged me 2 euro for membership.

This company is a scam it shows something you can get cheap and tgevnext thing you know you are in a membership you didn't sign up for then they tell you that you can't cancel for 14days and when uou ask will money be taken from your account they tell you yes but you will get an email before this happens and guess what you don't and they say they will send you a email to confirm your account will be closed but you don't and then they take money from you why Facebook allows this to happen on their site I don't know and flower world should be ashamed of themselves taking money from vulnerable people I just hope with all these bad reviews they get shut down at the moment I can't use the bank account gor fear they will take even more I wish I knew where I could take this complaint to but I have
An update to my review the company have now agreed to refund all the money they took from me so I can't fault their customer service

We had a problem but it has been sorted amicably

if i could rate this a 0 i would, i ordered a blender think oh this is cheap and what not then i go to check my emails and it says about a membership, i never check my emails this was a 1 off occasion luckily i did so i rushed to the website to cancel it it says there’s no fees and i have to wait 24 hours so i wait 24 hours and it says i can cancel for a fee of £6 which isn’t a problem but it would of charged me £60 and it never said anywhere on the website that it signs u up to this please be aware , for help just freeze ur card for the day and it will cancel your membership for free that’s what i had to do and guess what i never received my order this was a complete scam do not trust this website !!!!

If I could rate it -100 I would. What a bunch of scammers in my opinion. My elderly mother of 86yrs has incurred charges on her credit card for the past 4 months without her knowledge. I have requested a refund and the account to be closed. On the day I 'chatted' with Gio to cancel whatever it was that was taking these monies, I was conveniently told that the account had been cancelled today (but could not provide me with the time of the email notification) and this was whilst I was online chatting to cancel the account and my mother was asleep on the other side of the world, the very same day I was online Apparently "a payment had been attempted to be taken today and had been declined". Convenient! I request funds incurred on her account be refunded. Not likely. Again a copy and past of their T&Cs was posted into the chat. I asked why the amounts varied, no valid response provided. If its a 'membership' then surely the amounts would not vary month to month. I am APPALLED at the morality of this company, the lack of values it has and the fact that the script is followed to the 'T' by their 'customer service' to refuse refunds. Do not sign up to this 'membership' bs, you get nothing for it. It falsely suggests to be in the membership "it costs you nothing" (on their website) and that "anything spent is reflected as credits 1:1". Just as he tried telling me that $435 resulted in 62 credits in the account? THEN because my mother had not used it on a monthly basis she had lost her entitlement to the credits. Its disgusting that there are so many people out there in the world prepared to be completely unscrupulous, thieving from people, scamming people and one of the is floristworld.com. Absolutely disgusting!! Steer very clear. On another scam page it has a rating of 58.8/100, says it all really. Floristworld.com and in particular Gio, no thank you for your assistance today. Btw this is a Cypress registered company with no reviews available on their site, another thing people should watch out for.
