Paying for one thing and getting completely different
You pay for one and receive completely different🤦♀️
Lack of communication and attention- paid for pinkish tulips and received yellow and almost green and some of them are broken. Apparently, the florist didn’t have any left of the ones that was paid for so decided to put “similar” ones. Which is completely opposite of their “similar”. If you can’t communicate that you haven’t got any left and it was a specific request, why don’t just let a client know? And not do what you think is “similar” 🤦♀️.

Awful experience
Awful experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral 10 days in advance and clearly specified the required delivery time. I was assured this would be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered over three hours late and did not arrive in time for the funeral. I will never order from here again—this was incredibly upsetting and deeply disrespectful.
