I received the wrong order which would be fine if l could have spoken to someone. Their "chat" just told me they couldn't help and basically no phone number.
l DIDNT get what l ordered so feel robbed!
l will NEVER order from them again.

Ordered a top which said it was grey and looked grey on picture received this top and it's green never seen grey in its life nothing like the picture at all very disappointed and won't buy from them again

Recently ordered 2 dresses from Floryday.Pictures on site looked great.After about a week got notification that one item couldnt be sent due to availability and that I would receive a full refundfor the item.(casual sripe tunic dress blue 147423952)After another week mycasual polka dot tunic yellow,arrived.Cheap,seethrough fabric.Not stretchy as advertised.Puckered seams.Shapeless styling.Nothing resembling picture on site.Ok next step Return it.Easier said than done.Jumped through all hoops required.Screen froze Tried again several times.No success. Paid7.14 for shipping .71p insurance.No return label available to print.Am writing to company at return centre in Birmingham UK,but am not holding my breath for any customer service!Dont buy from this company!

this company is impossible to contact. this itself is bad enough but the worst thing is that the system is set up to make it impossible to return goods. Extreme difference in sizing, so it never all fits
avoid them so so frustrating. The cloths are cheap so you get what you pay for.

Bought some dresses, one lovely, one too small, one with sleeves not as in picture far too narrow.
Accepted a coupon but cannot manage to use it. Can make a new order but cannot see how to use the coupon.
Feel very frustrated and cannot get any help

I ordered a dress from floryday and they sent the wrong one. After weeks of discussion with them,eventually they sent a return label. Now they want me to pay for the deliverly, a mistake that they made. This is the worst shop I have ever ordered from and I definitely will warn other people.

This business is a SCAM).Sure i got the tems ( after a long wait),
but, they did not resemble clothing I ordered. They used the same cheap, possibly flammable fabric for all items, where as the advertisements showed cotton, wool etc.My daughter and I found it difficult to match items to order, even designs differed- and the shapes were bizarre and small.I am unable to recycle because I fear the material may be a FIRE Risk. Prior to receiving items,I looked at reviews which confirmed my concerns about this company and cancelled my card. The money by then had already gone out

Don't touch this set of crooks with a barge pole. The shoes I sent for were cheap plastic crap, with a broken zip.
I've emailed them twice, with no response. And now the email address is unattainable. They should be done for fraud

The dress I bought was horrible material a horrible colour a horrible shape. NOTHING like the photos on the site.

Absolutely horrendous company, my bill was £23, because I've returned the items they take off postage and they emailed me saying all I'm entitled to is £14 now, I ordered 3 tops I only received 2, I returned the 2 out of 3 I paid for as the quality of product was very poor my granny wouldn't have worn them, I've sent proof of returned products and I've now waited over a month to get my refund all they say is be patient, they are not getting the point I paid for 3 tops only recieved 2 sent the 2 back and they've basically kept my money, I'll never recommend or purchase from this company again.

Ordered two dresses on 19th April it stated processing time 5-7 days. Messaged Florydays to check progress and received an email similar to other reviews that due to Peak Season the order was delayed and now wouldn’t be ready until mid May with shipping after that day. Basically from ordering to an approximate delivery date would be six weeks plus. The garments are more than likely been made to order in some sweatshop.

Cancelled the order and a refund should be with me in approximately 7-15 days although not holding my breathe and will be instructing my bank to reverse the payment as Florydays have broken our contract.

My experience is ongoing - trying my hardest to get a refund on an order, but this company's computerised procedure seems designed to make me fail. Dizzy with going round in circles. On the point of giving up - which may be what Floryday wants?

Very Very bad material, no refunds ,no communication, please do waste your money .

This company is a con. They show photos of something completely different to what you will receive.

TERRIBLE SERVICE WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN Order placed on 3rd March 2021. First promised delivery period passed. Chased product. Further 2 promised delivery periods passed but they were still saying in stock 4-9 days delivery. We demanded a full refund, this was ignored and given another 4-9 days delivery, that passed. Again we demanded a full refund, this was ignored again but the order arrived at long last.

Sorry to say that yes I agree with below comments. Quality of material is shocking. So disappointed when I opened this up today. Only positive thing I can say is that delivery was very quick. Won't return item as too much hassle. But am disappointed with garment. Size is huge too for size 12. Marie O D Ireland

Worry Free return - What a Joke. you cannot download a return label and they don't reply to your emails when you request they send one to you. I should have read their very negative reviews before I purchased from them. Don't be fooled by their cheap clothes, if you are thinking of returning them.

The original price are miss leading and sale price just about is more thsn right price theses products are very cheap quality materials esspecially shoes whick I bout 6 pairs the price guide is where scam is

Disgusting fabric quality. Size 10 looks like size 16.
Impossibile to return, the option “return” is simply frozen. Emails come back as their official email doesn’t even work.
SCAM, don’t buy anything from them.

Utter shambles. No quibble return actually means they keep the VAT from the refund. 20% of sales value kept by them for something that is back on their shelves. Contacted BBC Watchdog and HMRC to take their view and open a case. DO NOT BUY from here under any circumstances.
