This company was recommended to me by a friend and I have no hesitation in recommending them myself.

Peace of mind is so valuable to me as a landlord, and the Flow Right team's service provided that throughout. Excellent communication, reliable and punctual, range of options provided with useful info to help me make a choice, courteous and efficient and the final job (boiler fitted) was faultless, including full system flush and removal of the old boiler. Price was competitive - I googled many options and received other quotes but for a less complete service (others did not include removal of old boiler for example). Can't recommend more highly. Recently had a new Combi Boiler fitted by Flow Right and am very happy with the result . Was not a straightforward job as I had the old cylinder system with tanks in the loft and airing cupboard all of which had to be removed along with the existing pipework . I found Stephen McKenna and his colleague both very friendly and helpful and explained all the controls of the new system when they had finished . Would be more than happy to use Flow Right again when my new boiler needs it's first service .

cannot fault the service I've received from Stephen and Holly right from when I needed an initial service on my boiler right up to the installation of my new boiler. Communication was always prompt and on the day Stephen installed the boiler, went through the new setup and tidied up.

I was very happy with the service Steve provided in replacing my existing conventional boiler with a new combi boiler. His advice was clear and concise, and he gave me the option of three boilers (so three different prices to suit my budget).
He worked very efficiently and tidily, and was particularly helpful in sorting out an existing leaky radiator, which had been a problem for some months.
Delighted to have fully functioning heating and hot water in my taps again!
Would certainly recommend him to anyone thinking of replacing their boiler.

We’ve been using Flow Right since 2013 when we had a combo boiler installed at our previous house. Ever since then we’ve always had them do the annual service on our boilers. They’re great guys.

this company have been back off holiday for a week now and they have still not contacted me regarding my boiler service, I left my number on there answer machine over one week ago

We have used Flow Right on a few occasions now for different jobs & always been really impressed with the service. For a recent issue, we were seen quickly. Steve did everything he could do reduce our costs & explained everything really clearly. He was very efficient & tidy. Would highly recommend!

Quality and trustworthy work. I have had excellent service from Flowright. Steve is so neat and tidy, with excellent quality work and competitive pricing. I've had a new boiler and a couple of radiators sorted and each time they have left everything really neat and tidy, been punctual and answered any questions I had.
