The usual bait and switch

The usual bait and switch in the alternative funding industry. Contacted with terms of a phony offer not based on our particular company at all, then when asked to provide an agreement, requested that an application be filled out and financials provided that they can blast to other brokers and/or lenders. If you want to be hounded with expensive offers via e-mail, phone, and text for months on end, with duplicate requests to primary lending sources, then respond to these hucksters.
