FlowChat made social outreach finally…

FlowChat made social outreach finally doable for me.

I’ve tried several other tools to manage social media outreach, but they all felt complicated or clunky, and the support was terrible.

FlowChat is the first one that actually makes the process of connecting and converting clients simple, organized, and repeatable.

I love how clean and visual the pipeline view is. I can instantly see where every conversation stands.

The automations save me hours every week, and I especially love the little overlay that shows me exactly where someone is in my process while I’m chatting with them on Facebook or Instagram.

It feels personal, not mechanical.

And their support team? Outstanding.

You really learn about a company when something goes off process, and FlowChat has shown up quickly, kindly, and determined to help me get back on track.

FlowChat has made it so much easier to stay consistent and grow my business without feeling overwhelmed. I honestly can’t imagine doing outreach any other way.

FIRST OF ALL

FIRST OF ALL, Martin is the man.

best freaking onboarding for a software ever.

He laughed at all my amazing jokes. Showed me all the cool stuff. Met me where I was at (since I already know like 50% of the software, he showed me another like 25%)

And man we had fun.

thank you.

This is easily going to produce 10s of millions of dollars in my business - I can get my setters doing 100k-200k/mo with this, I did it with less, so I know it's possible.

Buggy, Incomplete, and Unreliable

If what was pitched to me actually worked, it would be a game-changer.

But as it stands, we put 4-5 months into it and rarely did it work as expected and we kept getting errors. We had to create an internal support log because we had so many tickets going at once and couldn't get reliable responses. I was told in the sales process that no one has issues with being blocked or restricted on Facebook or any other platform, only to end up being restricted from messaging and when asking what we were doing wrong the team told us, "you have to just keep trying and see what works. We don't know why people get restricted" when we were asking for best practices for how to get things working.

Honestly, it feels like we were sold something that wasn't fully built out and features and functionality was wildly overstated.

Blake sorry to hear you did not have the experience you expected. Also, it definitely is frustrating when Facebook or other platforms limit activity.

Facebook is wildly inconsistent in how they limit accounts for both paid and organic activity.

That said generally we advise reducing activity to where Facebook does works, then we gradually increase activity from there. We have a full list of best practices in our Knowledge Base available at Help.FlowChat.com.

So... this beyond beyond.

So... saying this is mind-blowing would be an understatement. Saying this is insane would still be an understatement. I'm not sure how to describe this. The product is beyond beyond. The onboarding from Martin was beyond beyond. The call with Sean was beyond beyond. It was recommended to us by someone we trust. We were wasting so much time before FlowChat, getting distracted, not doing what we needed to do to grow, scale and prospect. Now, this is working behind the scenes for us. We don't need to remember to do anything, it does it all for us. And they did the pipeline for us with custom messaging and it's spot on. You can tell this team actually cares. The warmth, patience, transparency, generosity, just beyond beyond. Thank you everyone in the FlowChat team. And if you're still thinking about, what are you thinking about? Just grab this thing, it will take your business to a whole different level. You delegate the tedious stuff you shouldn't be doing. We are in 2025, almost 2026. Leverage tech and automation to scale.

400K Cash Collected thanks to FlowChat

Before FlowChat, my DMs were absolutely chaotic, tracking was impossible, and I was unable to scale. Other CRMs were complex, limited in capability, and didn't integrate well with Facebook and Instagram.

Ever since working with FlowChat, I've generated and closed over $400,000 USD cash collected over the course of 3 years.

FlowChat is the most valuable tool you can have in your arsenal as an online high ticket business.

Seriously though, it's not just about the CRM functionality, it's about the ease of integration with other key factors such as automated actions or messages, messaging templates, a fantastic tagging and color coding system, custom reporting, and the best part is I've GAINED thousands of hours back every single day because I have a system I can trust to do the heavy lifting for me, with a fantastic product team that stays engaged with me and constantly innovates according to the feedback of myself and other users.

Sean Malone and Flowchat are #1!!!

Sean Malone and Flowchat are the absolute best. I had the privilege of getting on 2 calls with Sean and he went over and beyond by helping me understand the leads to sales pipeline process.

Flowchat is a gamechanger. I've tried numerous lead gen automation software, and none come close, not to mention that you can use Flowchat for various social media platforms where other ones that I paid $10k for only did 1 and not remotely close to how good Flowchat works.

The support and training videos are next level. The dashboard is clean and easy to understand.

I highly recommend Flowchat if you are looking to go from famine to feast. The drought is over. Let the tsunami wave of leads rush in with Flowchat!!

Sean and his team are amazing

Sean and his team are amazing. They are great at what they do and they are extremely responsive. There are many tools out there, but to me, the most important thing I consider when hiring a company is their support system. Sean and Flowchat get an A++++ in both support and technology.
