Might be cheap but they don't actually send you anything and their customer service is rubbish. Had to claim back via PayPal. Don't even attempt it

Unfortunately this product for me didn't work. The cup leaked. I have been using cups for well over 10 years, never had an issue. This cup didn't even open up, stayed flat and closed when inserted. Very flimsy! Customer care is awful, not replying in the chat, which seems to be the only way to contact them. I've asked for a refund, which I'm doubtful I'll get.

I bought the cups from this website, the shipping was long, the packaging was like the one that we buy from aliexpress and theses kind of sites. The quality is mediocre, it seem to be dropshipping. I really recommend to buy into another company. I wouldnt even recommend this ´´brand´´ to my ennemy

Absolute godsend. Why didn’t I try this sooner. As I’ve got older and my body has changed, my body started to become affected using my products (tampax & pads) since a teenager, I was recommended by several friends about the cup. So I did a little research! Absolutely game changer, easy to use, easy to sterilise and store away. Came with a sterilising bag and a little fabric bag for when not being used! I’ve been using my cup for about 2 years

I think this company is scamming people. Got an ad for a £5 cup, ordered it, never received it and got sent tracking information that doesn't actually give any insight. Went on the website, says they have an online chat but just loops around. Can't speak to or email anyone.
Used Instagram to ask and got sent back to the website.

The best invention my sister introduced me to these and I was sceptical at first but I was able to get a good nights rest without fear of leekage. On very heavy day got to change it lots but can’t feel it. I tried another cup as I didn’t know where my sister had bought them warning not all cups are the same! I have since bought a few more and have tried the panties too they were well made and comfortable but I suggest you take a slightly bigger size as they are on the smaller side.

Why didn't I get one sooner? No leaks (once I got the hang of it), no pads or tampons and I can't feel it! As someone who struggles with PCOS I use to burn through disposable products but the flowcup? I empty it 2 maybe 3 times a day! Delivery was 2/3 weeks as it came from Europe but considering I paid under £10 for the menstrual Cup, an organic cotton storage bag and a steriliser bag with delivery, you can't go wrong!

Thee worst cups I’ve ever used , hard and uncomfortable and leaked everywhere which was super embarrassing. I messaged them with my complaint as I stupidly bought 2 . They just basically told me to suck it up, they have no refund policy . Please save your money !!!!!!!

This is my first ever cup and I wasn't really sure what to expect but it is amazing! It's very soft but sturdy at the same time and really easy to clean, especially with the cleaning bag for the microwave, takes no time and I don't have to worry about melting it! I'm still getting used to it but once it's in I can forget I'm even on my period, it's so comfortable!

It made my difficult period (very heavy flow) days turn to carefree, leak free, movement free experience! I forget that I have my period and can dress without restrictions!

I ordered 2 cups for 5€ each, and with a deal with free shipping, i was skeptical at first because those were the cheapest cups on the market but once they came a week later, i was shocked how good they were.
No this was my first experience with a menstrual cup, but the quality was better than the previous ones. I use the larger gauge more often. I no longer have periods without a cup.

Highly recommended. Life changing experience. Easy to use and up to 12 hours wear makes a huge difference. I ordered it back in Nov 2021 and haven’t looked back since. I got both sizes to try since the price was very low compared to other brands. I didn’t want to spend 30-40€ just to try in case it didn’t suit me. However I’ve been using it since, super happy with the flowcup and will buy the new design as well (they always have offers for free shipping or free gift). I have heavy flow and was using tampons even when sleeping so my sleep and daily life was affected because I had to change every 4-6 hours. Now I only change my cup twice a day. I got used to it after the first-second try. You don’t feel it at all, you need to know your body well and how your muscles work to remove easily. Wash it with cold water between uses and sterilize it between cycles. It’s good quality and sustainable, also think of all the money you save. Flowcup customer support also very helpful. Again highly recommended.

It was my first experience and I am so happy with it! Totally transformed "those days of the month"! My friends are also using it and we hope we can get more people into this big step of saving our planet!

Affordable and really good quality product. I've been using their cups for years and they do not disappoint. It's really good to know we are paying a fair price for them.

After melting my previous cup while boiling it the pot to clean it (okay I might have forgotten about it and left the stove on too long) my search for a new cup started. I tried a few brands that did not work for me, but the flow cups are perfect! I have a low cervix which is why it can be hard to find a good working cup, but no leakages with this one! Especially with the bag that you can microwave to clean your cup (no more melted cups for me) makes it extra easy!

Flowcup's menstrual cup was suggested to me by my doctor and I loved it, it's small and easy to put in place and the cleaning bag it comes with in the starter kit makes cleaning it super quick!

Gamechanger!

Would never go back tampons again since I found FlowCup!
