Failed to deliver but did replace & refund
I’m a bit on the fence about Flowerbx. After 3 perfect deliveries of glorious hydrangeas, the next bunch didn’t arrive. It was clear the courier was at fault - they claimed to have attempted delivery despite the tracking showing they hadn’t been within 20 miles of the address. The initial response from customer service was quite ambivalent but after a sternly worded email they did then refund and provide a new bunch. This is marketed as a premium product so that’s what I would expect - they did make it right but only with prompting. Would otherwise have been a 5 star review :-) Still would recommend and use again for a treat.

I received the most beautiful hydrangeas from Flowerbx as a gift. The most vibrant blue/purple I’ve ever seen and they lasted such a long time. I’ve even been able to dry them - they are the gift that keeps on giving! They’re pride of place as a centre piece on our dining table and look gorgeous. I wouldn’t order flowers from anywhere else!

Order not properly processed with no notification to myself & £75 taken from my bank account
I ordered flowers for a friend last Friday and didn't think twice about it when I saw the Order Confirmation on the Flowerbx website. By Monday, I realised I hadn't heard from my friend, hadn't received any texts or emails confirming the delivery but when I looked, £75 had been taken from my account by Flowerbx. When I emailed in to enquire what had happened, their Customer Support rep informed me I had selected "Next day delivery" beyond the time allowance, which had caused a glitch in their tech, and the order had not gone through. I raised the point that if I hadn't contacted the team, the money had been taken from my account regardless and I would never have known about this/my friend would never have received her flowers. I was told it's the responsibility of the customer to check for Order Confirmation emails at this stage to ensure the order has gone through...! Ridiculous. Will not be ordering from them ever again as my faith is completely knocked in their ability to fulfil orders, whilst taking their customer's money.
