Good experience booking the flowers and updates on the day of delivery. They were a birthday gift and the flowers were stunning and loved by the recipient.

I have been a huge fan of Flowerbx for…

I have been a huge fan of Flowerbx for a few years. I bought the red daisy before and it was packed individually which made each flower look perfect. I absolutely loved the delicacy that Flowerbx brought to its customers. However, I got red daisy packed altogether as a bunch this time, which made half of them deformed. This is not a very satisfying purchase. But I did love all of my orders and my friends' gifts of Flowerbx to me before. Hope this feedback helps for the future development of Flowerbx. Thanks

I have been a Flowerbx customer for a…

I have been a Flowerbx customer for a while and have always loved their flowers. However, this time I was dissapointed in my Peony bouquet. I emailed Flowerbx and the girls responded right away with a solution. A lovely fresh bouquet of a different rose was delivered promptly. The girls were very understanding and I was relieved to receive this kind response. I will continue being a Flowerbx customer.

Fresh flowers

Free vase is nice, just a lot smaller then it looked in the pictures. The peonies lasted about two weeks. A lot longer than the average flower shop on the high street / corner shop.

Mixed experience with peony subscription

I had the peony subscription. Some weeks were stunning. Others had a few buds which never opened - disappointing for the price.

Mostly beautiful flowers…

Mostly beautiful flowers. Love how they are hand-tied and hand-delivered with a smile too! I’ve had better luck ordering the single bunches, as and when, than the 3 times I’ve had a flower subscription. The subscription bunches never seemed to be quite as good, or offer as much variety, so I won’t be doing that again (once was a lovely gift). Seems like a great idea but it felt like maybe they didn’t deliver their best flowers as you’d already paid etc. I may be completely wrong of course and just had some bad luck! But overall I do love you can choose the type of flower from a wide variety and it’s not like the mixed bunch from the average florist.

Paid for faster shipping but delivered late anyway

I paid for the fast shipping because it was a birthday and the delivery was completely by the end of the day (late afternoon) the receiver was not home (as I also wrote in the notes I wanted them to be shipped in the morning), so the flowers were not looking their best. Considering the fact that I have now been ordering flowers more than 4 times with this company I feel quite Disappointed
