Excellent customer service from Haikey! I entered wrongly the delivery address and Haikey was patiently supporting my request to change it despite delivery was just 24hrs away. Also helped me to track the order as it wasn’t updated on the tracker!

I'm in Los Angeles, CA, US and it was so easy and effortless to pick out, purchase and communicate with the staff of this florist shop in Hong Kong.
I wanted to get a birthday bouquet for my girl friend in Hong Kong and they made it so easy. They kept in touch with me, the entire transaction, up to the delivery.
My gf, Elle, was happy and cried, she was so surprised and loved the roses!

I was in the midst of serving patients amd ordering a bouquet for my close frnd whose getting married. And I couldn't pick a roght bouquet. I turned to their WhatsApp chat to contact the florist for help. And they helped me find a beautiful bouquet. I wanted a sunflower bouquet but I ended up with other colours. They were so patient with me and despite their delivery window closed for 6pm to 10pm they still did a great job to help me deliver at 7pm. There was no delays in my order. From placing order at only 530pm to receiving it so early with not much charges for delivery even. And I honestly love their designs.

I made an error with the address for delivery. The team was fast to respond and update it to the correct address!
Excellent customer service

Zamatul was very helpful - I did leave in my notes to leave the flowers at the foot of the door if there's no one home. however he called the recipient to indeed confirm that they received the flowers. Appreciate it as I am currently not on talking terms with the recipient.

Ordered and paid online Valentine's flower 10/02/25 as i was expecting long queue or whatever for wifey on 14/02/25. Flower WAS NOT DELIVERED, nobody even bothered to call/message me. Cut long story short, they refund my payment after i demanded via email15/02/25. WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND this shop.

I wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot pole.
Worst sales experience ever. I placed an order one week in advance for valentine for my girlfriend visiting Singapore telling her to expect a surprise which never showed up.
My advise, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, while you can.
