This is an update on my experience with this company. After filing a claim against them on PayPal requesting a full refund, I received a response from them stating that they delivered the flowers but instead of giving it to the recipient, they left the flowers with the building security guard who had no business whatsoever receiving it expecting the security guard to deliver the flowers himself. The flowers were found the following day, all wilted and dying in the lobby. After denying any wrongdoing in their part and lying about the events, I pointed out to them their policy that in case the recipient does not respond to their effort to establish contact upon delivery, that they should put a hold on the order until the recipient responds and NOT to just leave it to anyone. They acknowledged their mistake but offered only a partial refund twice in our conversations as if this was a negotiation, saying that they had to pay for the flowers and needed to pay their employees so basically I was told that it was my responsibility to offset their business expenses even when I did not receive the services I paid for. After a few more correspondence, they finally agreed to refund me the whole amount together with a note to never order from them again as if I was to be blamed for all that has happened when all I wanted was to have flowers delivered.
