To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. FlowerEast is an international online flower delivery service that helps you send fresh flowers to the people you love, wherever you are in the world. Our customers order from countries such as Germany, the UK, France, Russia and the Netherlands to send flowers to family and friends in Turkey, and from Turkey to many destinations abroad. We never ship flowers in boxes across borders. Instead, every order is passed to a trusted local partner florist in the destination city, where the bouquet is freshly hand-arranged on the day of delivery and delivered by hand. This keeps the flowers fresh and the delivery fast. In Turkey, orders placed by 12:00 noon (local time) can be delivered on the same day to the recipient’s door. On our website, prices are shown in your own currency, payment is processed securely, and you can follow your order online from preparation to delivery. Our customer support team answers questions by email, phone and WhatsApp in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Whether it is a birthday, an anniversary, a get-well wish or simply a way to say you care, FlowerEast makes sending flowers across borders simple and reliable. FlowerEast is operated by Işık Çiçek ve Peyzaj İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., based in Istanbul, Turkey.
