I am very disappointed with the total…
I am very disappointed with the total silence from Flowerhouse.se, except for a standard email stating that they had received my email and would get back to me.
I originally sent them a complaint by email on the 13th of August, 2025 following a delivery shambles where the flowers where delivered three days late and at 9am in the morning instead of the agreed time with the recipient of 13:00.
I live in Ireland and have used flowerhouse.se numerous times to send flowers to family and loved ones in Sweden. On this occasion I had ordered flowers on Thursday 7th August with requested delivery on Saturday 9th August and to phone recipient on the landline number provided. However, flowers were delivered to recipient on Tuesday 12th August at 9am. This despite agreement over the landline phone of a 1pm delivery. Recipient was told flower courier had sent sms/text regarding delivery the previous week. This was a blatant untruth, as the recipient only have a landline phone.
I emailed an official complaint to Flowerhouse.se on the 13th of August.
The 15th of August I received a standard response acknowleding the receipt of my email and that they where following up on my complaint and would get back to me. I have heard nothing since. I sent a short email reminder on the 15th of September. No response from Flowerhouse.se
Today, the 1st of October I have sent another reminder. I expect they will ignore that email as well. This is why I am finally resorting to warn other unsuspecting customers and uploading my review.
I have previously used flowerhouse.se regularly to send birthday flowers, funeral flowers and more to family and friends in Sweden. I cannot believe the total silence and disregard that they treat customer complaints with. Any birthday flowers or Christmas flowers for 2025 and beyond will be ordered from Interflora.
